Hi, Justin I have the the GTZ front splitter, the quality is amazing , with the bigger size the carbon fiber really pops. Rsc is knocking it out the box!
I spoke about this before, and you are looking at two different series of carbon fiber. The Diffuser turns the car into what it actually should be, and its the must have piece for the C8 series. It all looks awesome.
Love the Red lights Justin! Plan on doing the same for my C8 ZO6, Carbon Flash exterior with Red Calipers. Also Thank you for the Team Corvette trick of turning it Red on windshield!
Nice job, Justin. I've had their frt. splitter on my car since May of this year plus the side skirt. Nothing but the best quality parts out there. Glad you posted this vlog. Now I know the canards I spoke to RSC are about to come out. 😀👍👍
After it’s on is easier for the installer because they do have to stretch the material from time to time and that’s a lot harder to do in a small piece that’s not attached to anything else.
Was going to buy exposed carbon front splitter, side skirts & side mirror during their Black Friday sale but only make front splitter OEM style NOT 3/4 OEM style side skirts, ugh. Agreed, superior quality CF.
Very nice,One thing ,How do,s this custom stuff effect the resale value of your car? Will some body pay you over blue book for all this custom stuff over a stock factory model?I know from my years of trading off cars with custom wheels and things like that the dealer subtracts money from cars with non factory items? Thanks !
Dealerships never give you more money for a car with addons. They will sell your car for more with addons but they never pay you more for it. It's always better to sell it 3rd party if you have a lot of aftermarket stuff to get the full value out of it.
IMO for my ZO6 ZO7 package, suggest OEM products for consistency of appearance, quality and resale value. The quality of GM Visible Carbon Fiber is the best in the industry.
That is definitely not my experience. Quality wise GM stuff is very good but that brownish tint I can’t deal with. I think they do it on purpose so you can’t get third-party carbon to match it. RSC carbon fiber is just as good if not better than GM and it won’t turn brown. That’s a win-win as far as I’m concerned. I’ve given this a lot of thought and if I already had a z07 car with the factory carbon fiber I might not swap it out but honestly the more I think about it it really depends on the color of the car because that brown looks really bad in the carbon fiber against the black car.
Consistency of the assistance of GM visible carbon fiber is great. I personally love the color and weave pattern. The clear coat finish is super high quality. OEM VCF is the way to go for quality, durability, fit and finish and resale value.
@@nunnarij If you're buying your car for resale value, you're doing it wrong. Look at GM's carbon beside aftermarket carbon and you'll see the god awful brown tint to it. The quality otherwise is good, don't get me wrong, but that coloring... YUCK!
IMO aftermarket parts from various manufacturers is not desirable. The C8 ZO6 with ZO7 may very well be the car of the decade. The sound of that engine is addictive.
@nunnarij the sound is fantastic for sure! All of the carbon fiber on the exterior of my car will be from one aftermarket supplier. That supplier just so happens to create carbon fiber quality that is OEM + without any brown tint.
Definitely can see a big improvement in RCS over Sigala really didn't notice the lighter carbon fiber difference in the Sigala until you compare the two.
I’d like to consider getting the parts If I decide to Modify the car? Only one substantial problem right now…. I need to have a ZO6 First 😂. Been waiting on an allocation since November 2022 = 2 years since it’s now November 30, 2024. Not heard anything from my local dealership where I got my HTC and I’m #334 at MacMulkin. With MacMulkin, have to consider the issues with purchasing and probably shipping the vehicle out of State. If it would be built and delivered in Winter Months, driving from NH to PA may not be a great idea. Then how to select a responsible company to transport a $100,000+ vehicle is another great question…. I don’t think MacMulkin offers a Courtesy Delivery to PA to a Chevy Dealership. Is MacMulkin offering a 10% discount on Vehicles that includes ZO6s?
GM is hard to match because of that brownish tint, however, if the part you want is far enough way from another carbon fiber piece it won't look too bad. RSC is great quality it just doesn't have that brown tint like GM does.
Take your C8 Corvette to the next level with Racing Sport Concepts carbon fiber! What do you guys think of the difference here? 🤔
Hi, Justin I have the the GTZ front splitter, the quality is amazing , with the bigger size the carbon fiber really pops. Rsc is knocking it out the box!
Absolutely agree. Their quality is fantastic!

Thanks, man. I totally agree!
@@HorsePowerObsessed You have to talk about why one is missing on the ZR1.
There’s really only one reason that can be and that’s likely cost. The only other possibility would be more carbon fiber constraints.
Love the Red lights Justin! Plan on doing the same for my C8 ZO6, Carbon Flash exterior with Red Calipers. Also Thank you for the Team Corvette trick of turning it Red on windshield!
Thank you!! I’m happy to help!
Hey Justin, love love love RSC quality and look but for us carbon flash guys, they dont have anything. Can you yours influence to nudge them? :)
They will be offering their parts painted in CF. Give them a call and see if your part is available. Don't forget that HPO10 discount code!
Man , the sagala stuff is wild. I guess the old saying where there is smoke there is fire is true.
100% right. It really is unfortunate.
The difference in quality is obvious, even on camera/video. RSC splitter looks very cool.
It's a real upgrade, that’s for sure.
New Aero looks Fantastic Justin. I'm sure you plan on obtaining the C8 ZR1? Any word on pricing and order dates?
Thank you. I will get a ZR1 if the price is right. Nothing official on pricing yet though!

Thank you. I am genuinely impressed with RSC in total. Quality, customer service, etc. All of it is top notch! I highly recommend their stuff.
How does RSC cover the multiple holes for the wing on a non Z07 model?
Is it better to do PPF before installing front splitter or after it’s on the car?
After it’s on is easier for the installer because they do have to stretch the material from time to time and that’s a lot harder to do in a small piece that’s not attached to anything else.

Looks amazing Justin! Do you plan to put Expel on the front exposed aero pieces?
Oh definitely! You really can’t put anything on the front end of a car without protecting it with XPEL in my opinion.

@@HorsePowerObsessed OK Thanks.
Sigala has gone out of service apparently for good, its awful but poor management proceeds to poor outcome.
I haven't heard anything saying they were completely out of business but I do suspect it is coming.

Yeah the weight difference adds up to over 2.5 pounds... It's crazy.
Justin, any word on if RSC will start working on C7’s? Can you nudge them to do so for your C7 boys out here ?
I can certainly put in a word!

Are you looking for a specific spec? A few dealerships around me have Z06's sitting in their showroom at MSRP.
You must have one hell of a huge income
Absolutely amazing looks amazing can’t wait to upgrade
I highly recommend it! Not only is the quality great but the people that work there actually answer the phone and are fantastic to deal with!!
Wow on the Sigala news 😮
Yeah definitely interesting. Sounds like they’re having some trouble.
There is a thread on Mid Engine Corvette Forum about the ongoing family saga at Sigala.
I certainly wouldn’t consider doing business with them.
Happy post Thanksgiving been out of pocket recently hope all is well
Happy Thanksgiving! It’s been good here how have you been?
Looking good!
