I’m stuffing that same engine in a Coleman 200u mini bike on big knobby tires to take out scouting and horn huntin. Ought to climb hills just fine ! Sweet buggy Red 👍
Looks good. I'm getting all my things around for my American Spider works Maruader and got the same motor. We ran the 196 last year in it, but with it being a two seater needed more power to keep up with pack and have more fun. I can't wait to get started.
Exactly what I was looking for thanks for the video! Just picked up a white fox two for my kids and wanted to weld in a rear swing arm and a front suspension kit. Picked up a 224 max a few weeks ago and didn’t have a clue what to put it in until I found the kart. This video will help out a lot 👍
What size is the filter coming off the hemi head? I got your carb set up of go power I just don’t know what size the other air filter is that you pull off to access the choke easy thanks in advance your videos are extremely helpful dude you have no idea
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I put one of these in my golf cart with the 34mm mikuni carb. Same setup and I cannot get it to run reliably. Plugs are completely carbon’d up and the cart misfires when at top speed. I’d love to know the jetting on this. The stock jets are for sure an issue for this engine.
Hey there. I happen to have the same go cart and purchased the same motor. Wondering if you’d be interested in building a swing arm for me. I don’t have a welder. If you’re interested let me know the price thank you
They are useless without the 780 torque, at least running it like we do and with the mikuni. Ya. No governor. Waiting on NR racing to come up with a flywheel.
I seen on red Beard's garage where the crankshafts are the same as far as the rod journal and output shaft is concerned so my question is could you not use a regular 69 mm crankshaft in that motor to fix the flywheel issue? I've got an extra one where do you live
@@BubbaB43 possibly? I have not done any measuring as far as they goes. I just know the taper is huge compared to the 420. I would much rather leave the stock crank for now and wait on a new fly wheel. I’m in Bristol va.

Did you have to delete governor for that carb ?
No you do not.
Can’t wait to see these go karts rip
I got the blue and gray one just like that one mine is a two siter
Did you delete the low oil sensor?
How much do it cost to build one of them

🔥🔥🔥
Is this the GPS Mikuni carb?
What tires are those?
I have this engine. This engine does have a starter that came on it..
Mine does. Perhaps you didn't buy the engine with the electric starter option.
Will this engine work with a 40 series torque converter,
Yes. But with the mikuni carb it will not stand it
@byker283 Thank you boss! I plan on keeping it stock seeing how it should have plenty of power
@@sickduck66 no prob. If you out a mikuni round or flat on it you will never go back 😏 it’s insane difference. Stock jets seem to work the best
@@byker283 can you point me in the direction of the carb I should run with brotha
@@sickduck66 mikuni round slide kit from go power sports. You will need to add the mikuni. Throttle cable to your order.
❤️ ❤️❤️ ❤️
I think you should build a fuel efficient model. What type of gas milage are you getting with that baby.
Hello Jared. Thanks for the inquiry! Yours is almost finished. It should get about 100 smiles per gallon.
Just finished installing a 459cc on my yerf dog. Any chance I can pay you to make me a header?
I have one built already, with silencer and wrapped. Text me and I’ll shoot ya some pictures. 423 534 8699
What intake did you use for that carb?
It comes with it. In the mukuni kit
@@byker283 I saw that on gopower. I didn't realize the 420 intake was the same.
I love the toque converter your using.Did you take your governor off?

Right around 52. But that depends a lot on your personal set up.
