Hi Melvis. I want to know if I qualify for a dependant visa. My husband got a student visa to study a 1 year PGCE programme and was given a bursary by the UK government. So given the two options on the UK website do I qualify for a student dependant visa
Weldone Nurse Melvis, I haven't changed my name on paper, although I have my husband's surname with my first name on my children's birth certificate. I have our Marriage certificate with me. Should I be worried about the name on the children's name while all other documents of mine still carry my maiden name.
