I am glad that she is gaining the popularity and well-deserved recognition for her ingenuity. Some of the most creative people never pursued a formal education.
ARE U KIDDING ME !!! THIS IS THE BEST/TRUEST THING I VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE, ABOUT LIFE !!! 🤯 MIND BLOWN ! I NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WOMAN !!
I've also watched this documentary titled "Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story", and not only did I rather enjoy it and find it interesting, but I'm so glad to touch base with others (those of you here online) who have also seen it and appreciate/like it as much as I did. And thank you DisDutch for uploading this wonderfully edited and inspirational ending scene where she quotes 'The Paradoxical Commandments' by Kent M. Keith. :)
I have seen this film too. it is very interesting and im so happy knowing english, coz i had opportunity to see it and understend something.... It was such a brilliant women ❤️ i cant even forget her anymore. She is my idol now
People are unresonable, illogical, and self-centered. Love them anyway. If you do good people will accuse you of selfish alternative motives. Do good anyway. The biggest people with the biggest ideas can be shut down by with the the smallest people with the smallest minds. Think big anyway. What you spent years building may be destroyed overnight. Built it anyway. Give the world the best you have and you'll be kicked into the teeth. Give the world the best you've got anyway.
@Eduardo Difarnecio This is your reaction to someone posting the words Hedy says in the video? She never claim to have written it. Ugh. YOU get a grip, dumbass.
In my own opinion, Hedy Lamarr was one of the most beautiful women from Hollywood along Vivien Leigh, Gene Tierney, Elizabeth Taylor, and Grace Kelly; my favorite actress along beautiful women like Vivien Leigh, Gene Tierney, Lana Turner, Dorothy Dandridge, Lena Horne, Olivia De Havilland, and Elizabeth Taylor; and one of the most smart girls from the 20th century.
God bless you Hedy , you deserved so much more. Like your invention of alternating frequencies that gave us wireless internet , you were ahead of your time. And when they pushed you to a mental breaking point , you still forgave them. And that damn drug pushing doctor didnt help. Adding another invisible war to fight to your already full plate of bad things. So glad you had the strength to not take your life. Maybe it was tour children that keep you grounded somewhat. Im glad you got your recognition in the end. ❤
It's from the American Master's documentary. Three women are credited with editing the film: Lindy Jankura, Penelope Falk, Alexandra Dean - who is also the writer & director. The entire film is well done.
Well she just read it I don't know if she wrote it and I did read her biography apparently she left her first husband in Europe that was abusive and kept her isolated so she didn't "love them anyway". I like a quote attributed to Marilyn Monroe paraphrased as...if you can't handle me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best Marilyn was horribly abused throughout her life maybe better boundaries would have saved her but I don't think all women had their boundaries respected then or now. Hedy (actual name Eva) was married 6 times but remained single the last 35 years of her life and became reclusive so idealistic attitudes change too.
I like her old classic, also she was One of the brains behind early communication technology that has led to WiFi, Bluetooth today
She was special. Yeah same here. Classics still the most soulful
She’s the mother of wifi
I am glad that she is gaining the popularity and well-deserved recognition for her ingenuity. Some of the most creative people never pursued a formal education.
The most gorgeous girl ever hands down. No one comes close. Brilliant too.

I must thank Johnny Depp because I have never heard of Hedy. What a great woman with beauty and intelligence.

Hedy took Mother Theresa's famous prayer and adapted it to her personal excellence axiom. Inspirational--and she lived it.
