Thanks for the great video! How would I go about solving for the compound structure using these 4 spectrums but without compound formula given??? do you have a video on it?
I do not currently have a video on this but should make one! In general you fall back on your specs but it becomes more time consuming. For examples you can find your carbon and hydrogen count from the C13 and HNMR. From there use the IR to look for any important functional groups (i.e. oxygen for an alcohol peak, etc.). Finally sum up what you have match in to the M.W. in the mass spec. If you are not under testing conditions and have internet I would type in "compounds with molecular weight X" where X is the molecular weight shown in the mass spec. From this you can pull up a database of potential combos. Good question!
I have watched all of the practice problem videos in this playlist and I think they are very helpful, thank you!
Glad you like them!
This playlist is amazing! These problems are hard to find and these videos helped me so much before my exam!

@@ChemComplete Thank you!!
That's the first time I saw this...... I'm curious on how this works.
How did you know what was on ketone side?
MR.TOMNEY!!!
Hello my student!
please give examples like these but somewhat more lengthy than this
