I bought a breville a month ago, and I enjoyed watching your videos on the barista. But the ones I enjoyed most are the videos on Rocket machines. Designed to perfection!

Gail!! Thank you for your videos, they are awesome Could you please make us a video to show how to use both the two and four wholes steaming tips to make micro foam? How to incorporate that foam with the milk for art latte? Thank you
just upgraded to this from a silvia. steaming has never been so easy? i thought i had technique issues but turns out the silvia steamer is just inconsistent and hard to use.
Nice review! Such a machine is a real investion. But how long would you predict the lifespan of this machine, if it is handled properly? Or let me ask it another way. How long does it perform until I would have to repaire expensive parts of the machine? Are we talking about 5 years, or maybe 10, or 15? (For example let's say on medium/low usage, like 3-5 shots a day.)

Great video Gail - thanks for the content!
Hello,
Great video. Question. Is their any downfall to only using reservoir for a rotary pump. I would like to plumb but that may never happen
Thanks
Looove my Evo. Best investment ever! Love the rotary pump.
I have to make a choice between EVO R and Profitec 500. whats your take.
Beautiful piece of machine! Thanks for your videos!
Cheers! Anytime :D

Will you do a review of all new machines from Rocket's 2017 line-up?
Is this a rotary pump or a vibe?
Will Legge rotary
You guys should do a review or a comparison with the new Eureka Atom! Please!
I know a guy who found one of these at the tip, a new light & filter & bingo, it's a ripper!!
what is the difference between this and appartamento?
The big difference is the plumb-ability :D
this or r58?
Gail please make a video of all your Latte art! :D

gwen0437 yup. even the pro 500 for a hx

Nough said.
How is the plastic reservoir on the profitec 500 better quality then the brass one on the Rocket with an option to plumb the machine directly?
