It's winter season now.. But while doing this I was sweating.. I don't know why but my heart was beating so fast.. And I was sweating.. I had a very hard break up with someone i deeply loved but he wronged me and broke my heart. It has been seven months and im still feeling the same hurt and suffer. hi AJ, i have tried this technique just recently, it was soothing until i was almost confused why i suddenly started to hear "i forgive you' constantly making me forget the order in which i was praying. i allowed to hear and snippets of messages started coming through. this never happened before while praying ho'oponopono, hope you could shine some light upon this. thank you and also thank you for the wisdom you share with all. :-)
