Naledi hun, I mean this from a caring place. Research more about how to care for your voice mama. Keep honey at home and you can pour some in your throat at the back and let it go down slowly, that helps soothe it and you can keep stock of cough drops or them lemony sweets for throats. And a stock of tea you're willing to drink, lemon and ginger are great additions or as their own tea. Or even smoothies with ginger and lemon in them before and after a big weekend would help you greatly. The sweets help keep your throat hydrated and the tea soothes. You gotta treat your voice like you're a singer and protect if cos it's your money maker innit ☺️ Although me pezonallly I love your raspy voice, but it's injured bb
