Siya yung kauna unahang idol ko sa basketball dahil sa mga 3 points niya noon, natatandaan ko pa naging commercial model pa siya noon ng Master facial cleanser "ang sikreto ng mga gwapo" =()

@@neutronz326 top seeded po DLSU, twice to beat sa finals.. nanalo game 1 FEU, and nanalo DLSU sa game 2. nagkaroon ng committee/referee error nung last 2 mins. ng game 2. nag protest ang FEU after the game, after 2 days naging decision ng Official na re-play ng game. hindi sumipot ang DLSU sa re-play ng game, kaya nanalo ang FEU via default.. thus, winning the championship.

1991 Finals DLSU vs FEU. Espinosa already 5 fouls but did not leave the court. Played for many seconds. UAAP Board declares DLSU loser and FEU champions.
No declaration, DLSU opted not to play for that rubber match prompting FEU to win the championship. :)
FIBA reviewed the game and declared LaSalle faultless but the UAAP board still stuck to their politically motivated ruling

mga guards sa PBA during the 90s were bigger and cardel was short and his handles weren't good enough to be that of a point, can't truly run an offense so he didn't pan out

Madali lang naman 'ipasa' acet. Any entrance exam is basically a RANKINC test. Since relatively unti lang nag-eexam sa admu, mas madali 'pumasa' dun. Compared to say, UP na buong pinas ata (and many others based abroad), ang kumukuha kaya pahirapan 'pumasa' dun. Literally best of the best para pumasok ka sa cut/'rankings' lol

La Salle kasi may ari ng St Benilde and during that time wala pa sa NCAA , kaya siguro inallow ng UAAP

It is because FEU has hired him for the job. Before him, it was Richie Ticzon, his teammate in Ateneo, then his brother Nash, who is from La Salle. Pumaren brothers used to coach UE, they are from La Salle. Bo Perasol used to coach Ateneo, he is from UP. Eric Altamirano used to coach UE, he is also from UP. Caidic is part of the coaching staff of La Salle, he is from UE. And i, an Ateneo graduate, hired to teach in La Salle.
