Pile 2 is about a younger sibling of mine who I often protected from bullies and meanies when we were younger. We differed in appearance, but it was no matter to me at all. If people rejected her, they rejected me. If they wanted to fight her, then they must fight me. We were extremely close, like the sun and the moon. However, being such, we were also different. I am very free-birdish and am the black sheep in my family. She was one of the golden children in our very strict, cult-like family. She wanted to please our abusers and I wanted to be loved, but not that badly enough to continue being abused and humiliated. I am the one who got away and lived my life more authentically. I suffered being homeless and alone, just so my family could prove a point about me needing to be like them. My sister and the rest of my family grew more and more fanatical and played emotional games with me... hoping I would come crawling back helpless to them. I didn't. I'm now 44 and live somewhere in Europe. I was 18 when I was emancipated from them, but they sat back and laughed at my suffering and prayed for my fall. All I did was think differently from the pact. So sad that my whole family was groomed by the leader of the pact; but my dear closest sister is such a different person now...and so am I. She could not accept that. It's my path to go it alone. I've had to heal so much from what I have gone through in life. So many years. I hope she does make peace within herself, though. And secondly I am so happy for you that you got out and I'm sending you so much love and light , I'm so glad that you removed yourself from your environment and put yourself first ❤️❤️. Hey I am also from south africa... where about in South Africa are you from? I picked pile 3... This resonates with me... its jealous family members. They don't like it when I dress better than them... they are so superficial... don't compete where you don't compare😅 I achieved more than them so I don't know why they running their mouth😅😅 like I am not capable to do it when I was doing everything on my own... their whole interest is only on having a man in their life when mine is having a career and then have a family one day... we are not on the same level... lol

Pile 5 we were HS sweethearts but as time passed we both started to change I noticed he was starting to get a bit of a wandering eye so I tried to break things off at first he didn’t want to let go so I stayed a bit longer but then she came along he wanted to take a break and see how things would go with her just to make sure so I said “let me make it easier for you.” And left we would also talk about one day getting married so the song makes sense
I don't look at everyone like a potential friend anymore......no more dumbing down, I never thought I would quit marijuana..... I'm not codling their feelings I gotta be me regardless of how people feel.
