Hey Stu, I'm making a video about a science experiment I did at Llanbedr and was wondering if I could feature a couple of seconds of your footage? With onscreen credit of course! Would make for some nicer viewing than a google earth view of the airfield!
Thanks. Yes we walked to the beach; it’s a fair way because there is no shortcut from the airfield - you need to leave via the main entrance and double back on yourself. Probably takes 25-30 minutes to reach the sea, but it’s worth it.
I always say that’s like being asked to choose my favourite child 😊. I like them both, in different ways. Gyro for handling and view; fixed wing for distance and carrying stuff.
Stu, I’ve been promising for some time that I will come and visit Ashcroft in my gyro and hope to meet up with you. I’m finalising the details of my trip right now. I have left a message with Steve for you. Hope to speak, soon.
Cool view, we know Barmouth, have a caravan there - we see light aircraft flying over all the time, really great to see the other perspective!
Beautiful day to fly a beautiful aircraft
Nice plane, nice views, nice flying and landing. Nice everything really. Thanks for posting!
Great views, I will have to visit Llanbedr one day. The visibility from your Eurofox looks excellent. I fly a Cessna 150
Absolutely superb video 👍😃

Sure; no problem.
@@StuWithAView Thanks Stu. Actually decided to go with something else for now - cheers!
What an amazing location Llanbedr airfield is in. Did you have to walk to the beach, and how long did it take? Another great video.

Where can I get some Eurofox flight training please .
Beautiful!
Which do you prefer? The fixed wing or the gyro?

@@StuWithAView weird that because I can choose my favourite child.

this one should have a good gliding capacity, right?
Not sure whether you’re referring to glide ratio or glider tug ability; but the answer is ‘yes’ to both.
