Helen is such a cool place. Did you see the "lost soles". Its down by the river, a tall fence about 6' high and 20' long completely covered with one of a kind lost river shoes hanging all over the fence.

It's a challenge but when I'm done with the trip I won't have to spend a year and a half editing and that makes it worth while.

You need protein!!! Lots while in town. Jerky, cheeses, tuna, spam. Traiol Angels are great but so much sugar.
