You are great! one of your other videos helped me a bunch too and have totally changed my setup due to what you taught on here :) thanks keep up the good work :) you have a very unique channel that I hope people start noticing so you can do more videos
Thanks a lot I did basically the same thing as your friend after cutting the wires too short and it worked for a bit but am now trying to just replace an esc and I figure I might try to replace these motor wires as well
Also very needly build, you work very clean. just would've been more carefull when snipping of the wires after pre-tinning them (dont want it in your motor)
@@mrRockwellFPV well I mean most small motors don't get soldered to the FC they have the little 4pin connector? Is there a way to replace those as well?
Very helpful! I WAS scared to try this until you showed the WAY!!!!!!
I was about to send my drone back for repair but came across your video. Decided to DIY then. Thank you!
Glad I could help
Thank you much for this. You saved me from buying new motors. One of my wires got cut really close and I was gonna buy new.
Glad I could help

Magic! Thanks for the tutorial! 👍🏻
Nice one mate 😃. A lot of pilots do not even know this is possible..
Thanks man. Glad you like it.
@@mrRockwellFPV now imagine I have to do this on my 0802 TW motor 🤣
Here's one! :D
@@FindmeFPV you can do it, don't doubt yourself ;)
@@matthieuvankints3343 you won´t believe it but I did it hehe. Still flying that motor ;)

I pulled out the wire of one of my happymodel mob6 motors so I'd like to learn how to reinsert the tiny wire. Hopefully this video will do it.
@@techFPV5964 I'm sure it will
Thanks for sharing mate, greetings team #bckflp
I needed this video SO BAD!!!
Thank you so much for making and sharing this mate 👍😎🤜🏻🤛🤝
Happy to help!
Nice tutorial. I wish I could do this on one of my tiny whoop motors. I don’t think it will be as manageable. I’ll give it a try though.
Try to do it on some broken motor and than move on to ones that you need
Golden info!
Great video. I’d also recommend to viewers to use meter clamps on the wires and spin your motors make sure each phase works correctly.
Solid point.
I'd love to do this to my 1103 motors but I want to glue the heatshrink back to the stator. Do you know what Kind of glue is on there from factory
Sorry really don't know. But computer CPU thermal paste should do the trick.
Amazing Video, thanks for the help!
Glad you liked it!

Thanks for your input. It's hard to build with 2 cams in the way :)
@@mrRockwellFPV very very true :D
Great One 👍👍
Jesus Christ, your build are so clean compared to mine.
Hehe. My guess is that I take more time building then I do fliying.
This is great!
What size of wire have you used?
sorry cant really remember. But size larger than stock wire. No real reason to go up in awg other than looks.
Its kinda easier than the halfass conjoined wires way Ive been doing it all along
What can you do to smaller motors? 1202 - 1203 size?
As long as you can get to the wires doesn't matter the size of the motor
@@mrRockwellFPV well I mean most small motors don't get soldered to the FC they have the little 4pin connector? Is there a way to replace those as well?
While soldering I had some faint Copper smell is it normal I didn't used very high temp I used the minimum on my soldering iron
I would suggest steoneges soldering iron setting. And light tap.
@@mrRockwellFPV but little bit of copper smell is normal?
@@justhackitfpv for sure. Its enamel from the copper wire.
who gave this guy a box cutter :O I was so scared!
Man up! :)
