Are there English subtitles by any chance? My Russian is rudimentary at best & I don’t know any Asian languages. I’d love to hear what Diana has to say.

These are videos made for the Japanese market, hence the Japanese sub-titles. In all probability, Carole Mak - going by her surname - is Chinese and probably does not have Japanese language ability. Maybe one of the Japanese viewers can help provide some translation?
