I swear Achara says she enjoyed every movie. How could you have enjoyed this? When a movie passes a certain level of stupidity, it loses its capacity to entertain and just becomes boring. Also, Jaby says "It's a movie, so I guess you're just supposed to check your brain at the door." Is that the standard now? Look, I'm not above a popcorn flick. But a movie can entertain you while still having actual characters, logical stories, and relatable stakes. The first Jurassic Park was way more entertaining than any of these movie since then, and you didn't have to get a lobotomy to watch it.

The same thing happened in Space Cowboys when Clint, Donald, and James threw the other injured astronauts out of the space shuttle because the computers were damaged and it was supposedly too dangerous to land manually…only for Clint to land it safely.

Either of these film makes for a great view. On Planet you see a batch of stunning mermaids on Venus, who are working to destroy the small band of humans who have landed on the planet. The film provides some nice set pieces and beautiful Mamie Van Doren. Meanwhile War was filled with super well done special effects. These are just the tip of the iceberg of great films: 1940s The Uninvited. (horror); How Green was my valley; Henry V (1980s); Body Heat (1980s) and Village of the Damned (1960). The important thing that sets these film apart is the story. The way the films are written, the fact that the performers are not only talented enough to carry their parts, and perhaps most important thing, they performers were attractive.
The characters in movies don't actually escape plane crashes without bruises. They just happen to always have their bruise kit. eeeh, not bruise kit, on them.
I was really sick of the hand move, even from the first movie. And then here, different raptors show up-hand move, carnotaurus shows up-hand move, trex and gigantosaurus shows up-hand move. DUDE, how is your little palm stopping them, they all have literally seen you for the first time.
If you encounter a black bear you try to make yourself big or fight it if necessary, if you encounter a grizzly bear you play dead for 20-30 minutes and if you encounter a polar bear, you're dead either way so might as well go out with style.

The extended cut fills in a lot of gaps in motivation logic. It doesn't make the movie better than others in the series, but it does make Dominion better itself. I will always rewatch it with the bonus scenes now because at least people give a little more back story or reason behind the crazy things they're about to do.
A bad movie can still be enjoyable, maybe for not the reasons it was suppose to be, but movies can be enjoyable no matter how bad it is, that's why there are so bad its good movies out there

Oh. Well, I tried looking it up real fast while editing and the it said the one Chris Pratt was wrangling was the... well, the one that I superimposed onto the screen during that bit.
it seems nowadays movies are written around big events/moments and cameos, like the scenes for big moments are written in first then scenes for linking those moments are wrote in as fillers. So they end up have to make up ridiculous reasons/excuses for things to happen, therefore there is no logical progression.
I get a lot of these blockbuster movies are supposed to be brain-off and enjoy the boom kinda things, but these Jurassic World scripts have been so god awful that I literally cannot turn my brain off to the point of enjoying it.
I literally walked out of the movie. I’ve never done that before. Not because I thought it was terrible or insulting or whatever. I was just about an hour and a half in and just felt hungry, and left to go get a sandwich from a shop nearby. Never had a French dip sandwich before but hooooooooooo boy that shit SLAPPPPED. The meal cost about as much as the movie and it was much more memorable. Only thing I remember was girl got mad she couldn’t go out so she goes out and gets kidnapped, she finds out she’s not a clone, there was giant grasshoppers, the obvious bad scientist was a bad scientist and for some reason doing this ✋🏼 makes any and all dinosaurs back the f*ck up. Didn’t finish it but I doubt I missed much. Went in expecting a world where Dinosaurs are basically the norm in the wild now and how they’re gonna deal with it. But nah bugs and fake clone dna to cure cancer or something as well as kill bugs. Didn’t even reach the part with the next giant mega T-Rex. I hope that was cool at least, but I’m happy with my sandwich.
Crucify me, but I loved Daniella Pineda in COWBOY BEBOP I know her version of Faye Valentine wasn't faithful at all, but I liked her in her own way She was cute, funny and energetic
To be honest, I thought the villain was "Dumbass" rather than "Badass." I expected the villain to be more like the laser girl (I don’t even remember her name). And I'm not sure why Chris Pat is in this film. All he does is rely on the pilot girl and others to save him. Rather than saving them. That hand-showing thing is still a mystery to me. At first, I assumed he was infected with a virus that makes dinosaurs fearful. Even the ending is shit. Idk why everything stopped after these people left that place.

Some movies are amusement park rides that don't stand to a lot of thinking.
