She reminds me so very much of my ex wife. both in looks and talent. thanks for these clips, i really enjoy them. i'm in seattle. a disabled vet and emailed her office one time. i think she was on the other end. very proper and polite, chatted for abt 5 min. Alot of people have done this song, & I still think that I like how she sings it better than anyone else, though I really also love Barbara Streisand's version as well
I like the way she sings this song in her 40 Years on Stage presentation much much better! She's singing it too softly here, but it is still good. In fact all of her songs in the on stage presentation is the best she's ever sung any of them. In that presentation her voice is much richer with character, and she is able to get more volume.
she moves too fast on memory, moon light, ect. how come she didnt sing like she did in the musical? that style was better in my opinion...(still i like how she sang it though! bravo!)
My only critique of this performance is that, just as she did at the ALW 50th birthday celebration, she got too far ahead of the orchestra. I understand some rubato but I personally find it annoying when a singer isn't even close to synched with the orchestra. What I do like about this one: her hairstyle!
