My opinion:
Cave 1.
nothing wrong with it, I would add more tek turrets onto the wall, good build for the amount of space it has
Cave 2.
I have built this before many times, The wall is better to be moved forward a bit more, and you can still add a smaller wall at the entrance of the cave protecting it. A war room can also be implemented into the base as well.
Cave 3.
A cage tower can be built outside making it stronger, it is not 6x damage. For the crouch wall, the pillars will create a good amount of LOS. Behind the wall through the tunnel where the 2 smaller walls are can be used for dino storage/breeding. The crouch is already strong enough, (Its a crouch) so the 2 smaller walls don't need to be necessary but its fine if they are there. The final room where the main base is, I know there is enough space for Personal rooms/Vault room/War room to be added, I also built a lot in this cave. And there will still be space for breeding and raising there.
Things to maybe help.
Add more tek turrets
Add war rooms seperated from the crafting
Dont create much LOS
