I'm so glad I was introduced to this musical early, instead of finding it later on, means I can be here for the ride! I 100% mean this when I say it, this is one of the most high quality musicals I've ever seen, and it's only episode 1! I honestly don't even have anything to nitpick, it's all just so amazing! First off, the lyrics, the lyrics for each character are amazing, and I love all the small little details put in, from Bestovius breaking the 4th wall by telling you to press A, to Tippi singing about being either your guide, or just quiet company depending on if the player chooses to hear her advice on different things. Each line is interesting and ties into the game in some way, shape, or form. Secondly, every character's voice so far is amazing! So far, my favorite is Bestovius', which makes me sad considering he's a minor character in the game, so we probably won't hear from him again, :( I love how he sounds quirky but also informative in his delivery. Tippi's voice actor also did a fantastic job, her voice blends really well with the Lineland Road track, and I can't wait to see how she'll do with some of the later tracks in the musical! I'm not sure what the plans are with Mario later on in the musical, but I love how he still got some parts in the song, like when he hums along with the music, or when Bestovius was talking to him. Thirdly, the artwork is amazing! I love how some pieces stay true to how the game works, with 0:15 being in the 2D perspective still. I really love the artwork that has Bestovius in it, because it shows the emotions each character is going through, especially with Mario and Tippi being surprised/outraged at Bestovius' price for his power. Also, the animation at 2:24 is great, it's nice having something new in one of these musicals! Finally, whoever edited this video did a fantastic job, it truly does tie everything together perfectly. I can't get over how smooth 2:15 is, despite how simple it may seem, it really is very clever. Anytime artwork is on the screen, the screen is still moving across it, giving the sense of some movement still occurring. This wasn't necessary to do, but it really does make the video that much better in my opinion. Also, the subtitles in the text boxes while gameplay is being shown is done really well here, the best I've seen in any musical I believe. This musical has started off extremely strong IMO, I'm genuinely really excited to see the later tracks in the musical! I've been wanting a Super Paper Mario musical for forever now, and am really glad one's now in production! If you guys can keep this musical as high quality as this video was, me and surely other people will be perfectly fine waiting for as long as it takes for more covers to come out! Keep up the fantastic work!

wow that was incredible! Unfortunately I sometimes find I can't enjoy some fanmade lyrical renditions of songs, but this was AWESOME to listen to, the lyrics were well written and the visuals were... well super! ^o^
Just stumbled onto this, and wow! Incredible job so far! The voices are as accurate as I could ever imagine them being, the illustrated bits sprinkled into the video are super well done, and the lyrics are well-crafted and keep pace with the original track. As an avid Super Paper Mario enjoyer, I can't wait to see where this goes!

Well, this looks like it was a lot of fun. I love Super Paper Mario a lot, and the ost for the game is just phenomenal.
