Cinderelli, I have enjoyed all of your coverage on this pack. I appreciate you pointing out the shortcomings without totally trashing the pack. I love family and romantic gameplay, so I will definitely be getting it tomorrow. I am loving your series on the pre-mades. I enjoy hearing your character analyses. I see Bella/Mortimer and especially Eliza/Bob in a new light now. TS2 colored my opinion on Bella and Mortimer so I didn't perceive them as being happily married. I forgot that in the original The Sims game, they were supposed to have Gomez and Morticia vibes. Our first introduction to Bob and Eliza was that screenshot of him looking miserable while she was talking, so a lot of us assumed they weren't happy with each other. I like your notion that they value their differences and actually sought those differences out in a partner. You've given me a lot of food for thought!
It's weird how the club, date and holiday activities seem to all be coded completely separately. It would probably make it so much easier for them to iron stuff like this out if it was more unified in the backend

0:43 Residential Rentals Penthouse Lots is Patch 162(Lovestruck per-patch) feature, only you have For Rent DLC with City Living DLC you can use now. Of course, just like the video, it is also the cross-pack feature for Lovestruck DLC with For Rent DLC. (I meant this feature does not need Lovestruck DLC you can use it.) But thank you for introducing this feature.
Interesting that they allow tiny houses on penthouse lots also now. I tried this on the City Living penthouses and it doesn't work because even if you bulldoze the lot it counts all the lot as used tiles so you can't make it compatible with tiny houses. I've heard that the new world penthouses are smaller. Question is can you build an actual tiny house on one of the new penthouse lots?
Great question! I checked for you and no, unfortunately not. On the smaller penthouse in the new world, which is 20x15, it still says that it has exceeded the maximum number of tiles for a tiny home. 😭
I think they did this to be able to have buddle dates or if like maybe set people up as a match maker but that's why you can go on dates with more than one couple is what I was thinking sorry I know this sounds like word vomit I'm a terrible speaker I normally don't commit much believe it or not just excited about this pack
Ha ha, word vomit is fine, I'm the same! You should see how much I have to edit out of my footage. 😅 Yeah, it makes sense to have a matchmaker, a guardian or a best friend with you on dates. It's a really cool idea, I'm glad they thought of that and it's so fun that you can take your pets with you too!
It was so cool! I had a sim suggest a possible match for a friend and it turns out that the other person was in a relationship already so my friend became furious with me and caused relationship drama for the other npc sim! 😄

Im just hoping i can play the new pack bugs have my game un playable since the up date so disappointing honestly ea😅
I was hit by the UI bug too! But they tweeted that they already have a fix in the works so hopefully they can get that out asap!
