    The explanation is very good and line by line. Beginners like me got a crystal clear idea about script. Correlation matrix was always boring and dull, I will try to use theses graphics in my publication next time. I wanted toknow we're my correlation.doc got saved ?

      Thank you!
      The file got saved in working directory. To know your working directory try getwd()

    Hi Sir. Thank you very much for your beginner-friendly explanations! I tried to do the same correlation matrix you did with corr.test() with my data but I get the following warning message from R: "In abbreviate(colnames(r), minlength = minlength) : abbreviate used with non-ASCII characters".
    Is it a warning message I should be concerned about or is it just fine?

    • @agrianalyze
      @agrianalyze  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly, I don't know about it. Copy paste the warning as it is and search it in stack overflow website. You might get something. It's a cool website!
