- This video is made from a beginners perspective, pro users of R can watch it at 1.5x.
The video will cover Pearson correlation, p-values to check the significance of correlation values and a good graphical representation of correlation suitable for a publication.

The explanation is very good and line by line. Beginners like me got a crystal clear idea about script. Correlation matrix was always boring and dull, I will try to use theses graphics in my publication next time. I wanted toknow we're my correlation.doc got saved ?
Thank you!
The file got saved in working directory. To know your working directory try getwd()
@@agrianalyze ok got it !
very helpful. tank you
Thank u so much for this wonderful tutorial. Pls keep on uploading videos on agri analysis. Thank u may God bless u dear
So nice of you
Good video for bigneers please also made video on biplot in R
In output correlation graphs in Performance Analytics Package, what does the red dot signal instead of astrik sign indicate ?
Respected sir..
what was version of the R studio have you worked on?
Pls sir tell me....?
Good video. Keep it up.
Thank you 🙏

Hi Sir. Thank you very much for your beginner-friendly explanations! I tried to do the same correlation matrix you did with corr.test() with my data but I get the following warning message from R: "In abbreviate(colnames(r), minlength = minlength) : abbreviate used with non-ASCII characters".
Is it a warning message I should be concerned about or is it just fine?
Honestly, I don't know about it. Copy paste the warning as it is and search it in stack overflow website. You might get something. It's a cool website!
@@agrianalyze I will do this! Thanks!
wonderful
Thank you Sir
