The width is standard 2" and the length depends on the blanket and how far down on the sides it comes. When I replace a belly strap I measure the old strap and include the extra length that is the adjustable part. You can find 2" webbing at fabric stores like Joanns but I buy it by the roll from distributors. hope this helps

It's Poly Webbing and it's standard 2" You can usually find it at Joanns fabrics.
