I love how you basically cleaned up Old Yharnam with an almost broken weapon and reduced damage.

Small Barry tip of the day:
1- You can jump by holding circle then double tapping circle quickly. Useless jump but useful for a few stuff.
2- Jump attack like the hunter: tap R2 and forward at the same time.
3- You can do combos like the hunter by tapping R1, R2, R1 or R1, L1, R1. Any variation works really. You can include R2 as well.
4- You can put another blood gem now that your weapon is level 3.
Hahaha yeah I'm glad I'm not mad because I was thinking 'these guys seem a lot harder than they were last week!'

Fun fact: all the hunched beasts in Old Yharnam will fear you and not run at you if you’re holding the torch in your left hand (for the most part). The torch is also a great source of light in later areas. I always kept it as the second weapon in my left hand.
Also go talk to the dude in the window at the beginning of the game again. Keep talking to him and exhaust his dialog options. You might have to reload the area as well once or twice. The reward is worth the effort though. It’s also missable if you don’t do it soon.
Nvm on talking to Gilbert again. You got the flame thrower in the next video!
