The love story between Percy and Skeleton Chewbacca was so sad 😢 I loved it. Also I feel like Percy has become much stronger but he still doesn't believe in himself as much as I believe in him. He should be more courageous and be less cautious, after all, he felled many monsters, beasts, hunters and everything in between. Small Barry tip of the week: Although slightly late, You can buy the small lantern from the shop to give you light in dark areas. You don't have to hold it in your left hand like the torch and you can put in your belongings by clicking the right side of the touchpad. It's really useful. Alternatively, you can equip the torch next to your gun and switch between them since it gives better light.

New viewer, quite liking the videos! Must say you've got the face, voice, and commentary skills for it--better than a lot of the big boy veteran channels did when they were but fledgeling Let's-Players. Keep it up, as long as you're enjoying it as a side hobby! Also glad you're enjoying Bloodborne so much, one of the best of all time for sure. So weird how Sony still has such a $$$ maker trapped on PS4 without any kind of remaster or PC release

As the channels self appointed American ambassador i feel comfortable speaking on behalf of all American people. Your accent is acceptable as long as you dont come after us for our terrible British accents. (As a side comment i get a good laugh when Americans dont know the differences in regional accents and they mix them together.) I'm gonna spam you now 😂 you shouldn't give the red jewel broch to the little girl because she is gonna be very upset and try to run of and be eaten by the pig in the sewer, instead you should brake the jewel and get the blood gem which you are gonna use for a long time on you're weapon and leave the little girl wondering if her parents are alive or not and save her 😅 just the reminder for the next time 😇

I don't see you use parrying system that much, more or less that is the skill stat. some, or many enemies are very easy using that like werewolf's, big hooded axe guys, trolls, church servants and many more 😅 once you get used to it the game won't be that scary 😂 and one thing threaded cane transform attack has serrated blade so that is much batter against beasts which there are a lot...

When i saw the dude use threaded cane i knew that there was no clickbait. Go grab the doll set and sell it. Aileen quest give u the hunter Rune. Best Rune imo.

the room with three hunters: smack the one on the stairs with a free visceral attack and run to the prison cell where the Bagman locked you and close the door, they can't enter, so now you can smack all three of them thru the closed door 😂

You got Eileen let's gooo. I think she was mad you missed her quest. She really took that personally 🤣 Tbf, it's almost impossible to get all quests done on first playthrough, that's why I never really bugged you about them. The important thing is that you're loving the game and enjoying the lore. And for the side quests, I can always send you a detailed guide for whenever you want to do a 2nd run. The Gilbert one hits hard when you find out. I felt it all over again. PS. the second dog that you missed, killed itself by walking into the fire at 11:30 you can see the blood echoes getting added. That's why you couldn't find it so no, you're not crazy 😆

Great episode. After the elevator shortcut you took to get to the woods part, go like youre going into the woods but hug thr right wall and eventually there will be a little spot you can run jump to a ledge and grab an item you saw in this playthrough. Also dont forget about the item that was across from the log.

You were spot on with that skill scaling gem. If you ass scaling to a weapon that you have high stats in it will increase damage, more so when its a weapon that already scales from said stat. That gem will likely be a good buff for your weapon. As for blunt VS thrust its a little complicated. Best way yo describe it would be based on how the attack animation looks. Your weapon does both thrust and blunt damage depending on the attack. I dont really recommend gems that boost one or the other. Imo youre better off using general damage up.

Btw bringing those summons partners into boss fights increases the boss health. They often die fast like you saw so they aren’t much use.

Amazing progress. I'm glad you caught the fact that the bell lady resurrects them and how the big tentacle guys were the one making the portal thingy. You're crushing it by the way.

Tomb prospector set counts as church clothes. It’s any clothing set that would be worn by someone who served the healing church. Father Gascoigne set also counts along with others. I’m sure you’re way ahead of this video irl though.

Once you cross that, it's diminishing return. That's when it's better to invest in another stat. Also you can equip the top hat messenger from the tree bark behind the Hunter's dream. Go out from the door next to the rune workshop and turn right.

Look at all that progress!! Small Barry tip: - Check the tree stump behind the house in Hunter's dream - The 3rd blood gem unlocks when your weapon hits level +6. 1st slot is unlocked by default. 2nd slot is unlocked at +3 and 3rd slot is unlocked at +6. That goes for all weapons. So a cool thing about the crows at 53:45. There is one of them that doesn't have its A.I. implemented correctly so it will never attack you. That made people nickname it Friend Crow.

Some would say that's a blessing. Not me though.

The black messenger hat is actually a hat for the little messengers who sell you items and pop up underneath lamps.

For poison resistance, there are two sets that are pretty good. There's Gascoigne's set that is in the Insight shop up the stairs in the Hunter's Dream, and in the same area as Lady Skinflaps, there is a ledge you can drop down by where the hunter with the Cleaver is. It leads to the Charred Hunter Garb. There are still areas and enemies that can poison you in the future, so it may come in handy. Also, this is just personal preference, but I like to put items like Antidotes, Fire Paper, etc. in the Personal Effects pocket. It looks cleaner, and I'm an inventory management freak when it comes to these games so I just thought I'd share that tip 😄 All in all, I'm loving the series so far, and I can't wait to see "Noob Plays Dark Souls" in the near future, keep it up!

Watching you die twice in a row to the poison you didn't know you had was brutal. There is a fairly hidden area in old yharnam that you overlooked. Finding it yourself is almost impossible and theres 0 chance you would find it now because you have no reason to go back to this area. Where you fought the hunter underneath the machine gun tower. There was the little plateau you fought him with lots of smoke. On the side with the ladder you found (you mentioned not knowing it was there) to one side is a small set of stairs and a little walk way with a gregory. On the opposide side of where those little stairs are (near where the slug crows are) is a gap in the balcony where you can drop off a series of ledges to an extra area.

GG on getting sad Dumbo. Percy is really becoming the great hunter he knows he can be and he will prove himself to his father. The messenger top hat is an item that makes all Casper messengers wear top hats. Also torches and the like can only be equipped in the left hand.
