This top class schoolband from Kyoto is absolutely unique! Their performances are ALWAYS perfect, musically and choreographically, and what strikes me is the JOY and KINDNESS they share with everyonr who sees and hears them play.They are the perfect ambassadors of their country. Consider me a great fan of these happy girls (and boys) :-)
The Kyoto Tachibana Band is the best marching band in the world. These kids put in a lot of work. They are so well-coordinated, and they are super musically talented. They are a pure joy to watch. Wow, dancing in sync with other band members while at the same time playing an instrument. It's stunning.
While I thought that I had finally viewed all the Orange Devils' videos available on TH-cam, yesterday morning I was surprised to learn that they appeared in the MV of Miss Kalen Anzai (安斉かれん) to perform a new song together. Their debut on J-pop stage made me very exciting, so I checked out the MV and band only version plus 4 clips that recorded their preparation. Now it comes another one that 慶次郎前田樣 had just worked out.....Fine, just keep me busy, for their performance can always cheer me up and soak me in the joyful vibes. 慶次郎前田樣, thank you for all your hard work. I've literally been binge watching Tachibana videos for two days now and even read about their history and nickname. Super impressed with the energy and music.
I don't classify KT as a marching band. It is its own unique thing I call a performing band. They're great at playing music, marching, dancing and singing. That's twice as much a a marching band does!
As a lifelong music-lover now in his 70's,I have been lucky and privileged to see most of the great artistes from Chuck Berry,The Beatles,Stones ,all the Motown and Stax legends,Bob Marley,James Brown,Curtis Mayfield,Santana,Bruce Springsteen,U2 and literally hundreds of others,but - crazy as it may seem - I can honestly say that none of them tugged at my emotions the way that this band does! I can't explain it ,I just call it "The Tachibana Effect" and clearly it has spread around the world.Year after year these beautiful,super-talented kids bring joy to millionsThey are Truly Unique and their next new performance must be the most eagerly anticipated event on the planet!

By chance I saw a video on TH-cam about the Rose Parade 2018 in Pasadena about the Kyoto Tachibana High Scholl Green Band. What the Orange Devils presented there musically and choreographically on this long stretch of almost 13 km was great and I was thrilled. For a few days now I've been looking for and watching all the videos on TH-cam. What is particularly impressive for me is the great discipline, diligence and joy with which all members of the band are involved. Really, very impressive to me. From the viewer's point of view, everything looks so playful. In order to present this professionalism in this way, however, an infinite amount of work, diligence, discipline and passion is indispensable for every band member! From now on I count myself among the enthusiastic fans of the excellent Kyoto Tachibana High School Green Band! Good morning and good health to everyone. This is my favorite band in the world. This time I noticed that one of the flaggers was not well concentrated or not very well prepared. However they are always loved and there will always be human errors. GOD JOB🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏They're LOVED FOREVER 💕 🙏

Frankly, I've no idea how to play an instrument but I've a good sense of rythm and I would have poured sweat and blood in my high school years training for the opportunity of joining their parades. The camadarie and discipline they have among themselves looks fantastic.
well this is what tha younger KTB students wanted,a chance 2 play n front of a street lined with KTB fans,and i am glad 4 them,also enjoy tha newer videos,i know its difficult 2 practice every day, but it is alot of fun when u parade down the street,and fans cheer u on,ya keep on smile n an dance n,ya r great,wait n,n oklahoma.
i love the way they have fun when they play dance and sing but i wish that would play other music as well they are good enough to do so . i am proud of them .

I see a couple of familiar faces from the 2018 Rose Parade. The last color guard, in front of the DM. She was in the color guard second row center in the Rose Parade. I guess she’s senpai of the CG now? And the girl on the quad drums. She played the glockenspiel in the Rose Parade.
Surprised we didn't hear Sing Sing Sing at some point - always a spectacular highlight. On the other hand, it was great to hear KT adding some new groovy numbers to their repertoire.
All Japanese Young people's bands are excellent, but of course Tachibana will always be supreme - unless their standards drop which is most unlikely. Of course I love to see Tachibana parades, but has anyone ever produced videos with the exception of the Rose Parade that shows other groups in the parade? Of course I have seen the Mall parade in which a lot of other bands also played, but I mean like this one where there was what appeared to be a martial arts group with them and others in the distance.
I don't know if the tall guy with the funny haircut in the light blue jacket is a parent or school staff. But they need to put him in front. When he says move over, people move over.

Good morning and good health to everyone. This is my favorite band in the world. This time I noticed that one of the flaggers was not well concentrated or not very well prepared. However they are always loved and there will always be human errors. GOD JOB🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏They're LOVED FOREVER 💕 🙏

Frankly, I've no idea how to play an instrument but I've a good sense of rythm and I would have poured sweat and blood in my high school years training for the opportunity of joining their parades. The camadarie and discipline they have among themselves looks fantastic.

well this is what tha younger KTB students wanted,a chance 2 play n front of a street lined with KTB fans,and i am glad 4 them,also enjoy tha newer videos,i know its difficult 2 practice every day, but it is alot of fun when u parade down the street,and fans cheer u on,ya keep on smile n an dance n,ya r great,wait n,n oklahoma.
We hope to see them again with finish pandemic!!!

i love the way they have fun when they play dance and sing but i wish that would play other music as well they are good enough to do so . i am proud of them .

I see a couple of familiar faces from the 2018 Rose Parade.
The last color guard, in front of the DM. She was in the color guard second row center in the Rose Parade. I guess she’s senpai of the CG now?
And the girl on the quad drums. She played the glockenspiel in the Rose Parade.
Yes Penguin played the glockenspiel in the 2018 Rose Parade along side Chippi (Tippi) who was her Senpai.
Surprised we didn't hear Sing Sing Sing at some point - always a spectacular highlight. On the other hand, it was great to hear KT adding some new groovy numbers to their repertoire.
Yutaka Kaneshiro is the NEW Band Director and Advisor of the Wind Music Club from 2018. This is 2019 performance with new repertoire.

All Japanese Young people's bands are excellent, but of course Tachibana will always be supreme - unless their standards drop which is most unlikely. Of course I love to see Tachibana parades, but has anyone ever produced videos with the exception of the Rose Parade that shows other groups in the parade? Of course I have seen the Mall parade in which a lot of other bands also played, but I mean like this one where there was what appeared to be a martial arts group with them and others in the distance.
