Great video. I agreed with the inherent challenges of training when balancing work, kids and life in general. I have done a couple of things that seem to work and similar to your thoughts. I shifted from a training week to 10 day blocks, with a volume goal and to use the priority method. I'm older , so recovery is critical and diet is evolving. There are days where I just squat and maybe work on a variation that addresses a weakness, at around 65%. Does this seem sensible from your perspective ?
