Really enjoyed this series Dave, thanks for the entertainment! Maybe a “Master of none?” series next season where you drive the same series every week and see how much you improve over the season? (Preferably in a car you’re not rapid in already)
Great series, Dave! I really enjoyed it and totally agree with your assessment. Just tonight, I raced GT3 and hopped into LMP3 at Spa. It’s so much fun to diversify your racing!
Would love for you to continue this series mate. I jump around across a few categories and despite not being super fast in any I enjoy rewiring my brain for a new way of racing each week. Been awesome watching you work your way through! Happy racing from down under mate keep up the great work 👍👍
Really enjoyed the series Dave and the last bit about having fun is so true I’m far from quick but only been on iRacing a month or so and only sim racing for a couple and it’s awesome! Loads of fun and learning loads too
Great Race, and good thing it's close to Christmas, cause you sound a lot like Santa Claus with that "Ho Ho Ho" and what a gift you got there at the end.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
MX 5's are always a great show! When I make the move to PC, it will be one of my first series to get involved with. Great drive and snatching P2 at the line! Hope you and yours are well.👍
Everyone always forgets the second part of the jack of all trades saying. The full thing is "Jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one." It's more impressive to me that you can race everything at a 4k+ level than if you could only race one series at a 6k level.
Great race. Idk how you guys drive these Miatas. I did the production car series at the roval in the 2018 M4. I thought the racing was going to be terrible. But it was some of the best races I’ve ever had being the faster car in a multi-class series. Tons of fun!!!
Haiyan is a fellow Aussie, hence the ropey connection. Unless the race lands on a local server (which is never) the best ping we can hope for is around 200.
I know you’re a sim racer and not a video editor. But a Jack of all Trades 13 week highlight video would be pretty sweet. Best passes, best carnage, funny moments. Just a thought. 🤷🏻♂️
Literally tried that track last night, I am now aware I am way off on both my exits back onto the banked track. The lines you guys were taking I was thinking was out of track limits. Can’t wait to get home from work and try again. I just couldn’t figure out why I was so far off the pace. I am brand new on Iracing but now I think I see why I was so far off. Hasn’t been the case in other tracks lol.
@ Will do, I took Suellio Almeida’s motor racing checklist and oh my was it worth it, so I was able to figure out the first three tracks I raced on pretty quickly and be within a second of the leaders, except Laguna Seca, I still struggle there a bit especially that last turn before the corkscrew.. but I was like three seconds off the pace of the top guys here and couldn’t close that gap anymore. I was pretty close to what you guys were doing line, braking and gear wise. Just way off on those two exits.
Great race!! Do you prefer to use the sequential shifter with the Mazdas or do you just enjoy switching it up? I just ordered the Forte button box from Asetek.
In the holy grail of netcode, how did netcode not hit you Dave 🤣 Lets be real tho, you are super quick.. Well driven Dave! Lets get another 13 weeks of this 😎
It is a crime you have less than 100k subs Dave. A crime. My wife loves your vids and she's not even a sim racer. I think she likes you a bit too much actually. 😂
IIRC, he said people kept deliberately taking him out on his 10k account so he made a new one, but yeah I agree, I don't see the point either. Same can be said for our boy Dave as well I suppose, the difference between his main and the Mac account is only around 500ir...
Love your stuff, Dave. However your last umpteen seasons of "different car/track every week" content begs the question: what if you DID focus on one car for an entire season? To me that's now the new "different thing to do" for you. If you *were* to focus on one series for the season, what would it be?
@@davecamyt haha, still got a while to properly call yourself old then! But you inspire me to not feel bad about starting sim racing at 32 (34 now), clearly I have loads of time to get really fast ;) I'll let you know in 20 years if I have at least half your irating!
Great series Dave, shows that as long as you practice enough you can race whatever and jump, between cars with no problems.
I was p6 in that race…. Great race Dave!
Really enjoyed this series Dave, thanks for the entertainment!
Maybe a “Master of none?” series next season where you drive the same series every week and see how much you improve over the season? (Preferably in a car you’re not rapid in already)
A great race indeed, the series has been terrific and a must watch video each week. Cheers.
Great series, Dave! I really enjoyed it and totally agree with your assessment. Just tonight, I raced GT3 and hopped into LMP3 at Spa. It’s so much fun to diversify your racing!
I have so enjoyed watching you race all these different cars. Great job. Keep it up.
Amazing race as always Dave, what a nice race! Those MX-5 are just to much fun, I own one irl and those things are marvelous in the canyons of LA
What a great race Dave! You drove the wheels off that little car! How can I be sweating watching you drive?! Keep it up man great content!!!
Would love for you to continue this series mate. I jump around across a few categories and despite not being super fast in any I enjoy rewiring my brain for a new way of racing each week. Been awesome watching you work your way through! Happy racing from down under mate keep up the great work 👍👍
Appreciate that, thanks mate 😁
What a legend Dave! Congrats on your I-Racing gain 🎉
Thoroughly enjoyed this series. Hopefully race with you on track soon 👍

Great series and great results! Thanks so much for sharing w us!!
Vrey enjoyable series to watch, Dave. I've said in the past, Dave could drive a formula 1 car with slicks on snow and have a great finish.
Hi Dave, awesome racing mate, thanks.
Great race. Idk how you guys drive these Miatas.
I did the production car series at the roval in the 2018 M4. I thought the racing was going to be terrible. But it was some of the best races I’ve ever had being the faster car in a multi-class series. Tons of fun!!!
Great race DAVE ! What an ending ! WOW
Great Race and Congratulation for the Podium...
Haiyan is a fellow Aussie, hence the ropey connection. Unless the race lands on a local server (which is never) the best ping we can hope for is around 200.
Used to race against Cam/Clifford in the mustang. Didn’t realize he was a irl driver. He’s very quick.
Oh good I thought this would be another Nurburgring video 😂 jk I love them anyways
The whole roval feels like I’m driving on ice. Such a great challenge for me
Awesome finish Dave!! 🏁🏁
that was sick, nice one Dave
that finish was awesome! big fun
Great finish, Dave. It's never over 'til it's over!
dang i thought you was gonna steal the win for a second lol nice race
“Jack of all trades master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one.”
Great finish, that looked really fun 🐺👍
Great race and fun to watch series. You should do season 2 next season and try to do more different cars
I know you’re a sim racer and not a video editor. But a Jack of all Trades 13 week highlight video would be pretty sweet. Best passes, best carnage, funny moments. Just a thought. 🤷🏻♂️
11:20 Selling yourself short there Dave. They are clearly holding you up.
I wish 🤣
@@davecamytDave I agree. It seemed you were smoother and faster but you constantly catch them and have to get out
Great job with this series.
How do you handle binding the buttons on all your different wheels? Do you just do them all individually in iRacing?
Literally tried that track last night, I am now aware I am way off on both my exits back onto the banked track. The lines you guys were taking I was thinking was out of track limits. Yes, knowing what you can use can gain you lots of time. Let me know how you get on 😁

@ Came down from 37”s and can hit some 33’s now which I am happy with for now until I can hit em consistently. Cheers
really nice rating gaings for last race of Jack of all race series
Great series!!
Great race!! Do you prefer to use the sequential shifter with the Mazdas or do you just enjoy switching it up? I just ordered the Forte button box from Asetek.
This is only my 3rd week on iracing and this track is kicking my ass. Hopefully i can learn some lines here
Epic race and finish!
Nice. Was waiting for something to come. 🎉
Great work🎉
Awesome race!!!
Hey Dave, remember the full saying though….. “Jack of all trades, master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one"
In the holy grail of netcode, how did netcode not hit you Dave 🤣 Lets be real tho, you are super quick.. Well driven Dave! Lets get another 13 weeks of this 😎
wow what an ending!!
It is a crime you have less than 100k subs Dave. A crime. My wife loves your vids and she's not even a sim racer. I think she likes you a bit too much actually. 😂
Hahahaha, thank you mate. Tell you're wife I said hello 😁
@davecamyt She says 'Hi... wink' 😂
What a race with a f finish! ❤
If you get meatballs in any races those should be added into the irating total.
Cam ebben is 11k in hid other account that's mad , well played dave😊
What a brilliant race well done Dave!!
Wow why doesn't my game look this good.
At what point does a smurf account become meaningless? Cam is over 10k on his main account and nearly 8k on the smurf.
IIRC, he said people kept deliberately taking him out on his 10k account so he made a new one, but yeah I agree, I don't see the point either. Same can be said for our boy Dave as well I suppose, the difference between his main and the Mac account is only around 500ir...

i guess track limits are just a suggestion on this track lmao
What a finish LOL.
Do you not blip on downshift?
Yes sometimes. It's not needed as much in the Mazda 👍
So Dave, you ditched triples for good?
I've still got a rig with triples, but no desire to race in it 😁
2nd place car was certainly trying to sucker you into making a mistake. Kind of stupid after following him a few laps.
DAVE!
If it's ok to ask since you joke about it in the title, how old are you? Or is it a secret! :D
I am 52 😁
