As awfully OP as some of these new promo cards have been over the years, nothing has ever made me rage as hard as facing Ibarbo, Cuadrado/Aubamayang, and Eminike/Doumbia up front

Chickhaoui was the only 5*/5* in fifa 15 with Neymar. His second inform was my favorite card ever.. he was so amazing
Couldn’t get any Chem on him so I’d sub him in in the first minute. That card was absolutely nuts. Was like a cheap TOTS/TOTY ibra.

i agree but its also ridiculous that 78 rated strikers with 73 shooting and 58 passing are overpowered in game, players with better stats should perform better.

I'm surprised there's no mention of Ahmed Musa from FIFA 17. I still have nightmares of this card to this day getting shushed and dabbed on by that guy.

For me POTM Son from Fifa 17 was the best card I ever used. His low driven shots on the 5* WF were absolutely unreal

fahrmann and Nick Pope should be on this list as well. People easily forget about how op these gold goalkeepers were.
Nick Pope is not as OP compared to the rest plus, Pope is very very recent and only the current gen say it.
Fifa 13 Mayuka is the best card to ever exist. After that it’s the old El Shaaraway silver Card. I loved Fifa back when you actually could‘ve had your OP Brazil silver squad or something and beat literally every every enemy with it.
100% was legit scoring goals from near the half way line, nothing was impossible with him it was a joke.

For me personally I can't remember ( been informed it's FIFA 12), but third inform Kevin mirallas is one of the best cards I've ever used. Would finesse shot from anywhere and it was an instant goal.

Surpried FIFA 14 Son didn't get a mention. He was so good for me. His stats were a complete lie. In-game, he was an absolute monster.
I remember rocking a Russian League team back in Fifa 13 or Fifa 14 and that was so much fun, literally won Division 1 with it cause it had so many insane OP players.

Alexandre Pato, Kevin-Prince Boateng, Fabrizio Miccoli, Di Natale and Krasic all missing. Fuming. Think it was FIFA 12 where Pato KPB Miccoli and Di Natale just could not be stopped. Just pace, power, skill moves and absolutely god-like shooting

I know it was a super expensive card, but Ronaldo's 97 record break ST card in Fifa 15 was something that I can't even describe. He scored from everywhere, he had the skill, the shot, he was just beyond amazing. And also, Guarin's gold, and Castan's gold card in Fifa 15 should've been mentioned in that list. They were soooo OP.
El Shar is goated, most of the players in his tier couldn't score 40 yard long shots like he could. He was 70k-100k (As much as Ibrah's 89 card) for a reason lol
The Reus, Esswein combo from 13 was a Nightmare.

Ibarbo for sure, I remember you could have TOTS strikers and he performed much better. Also I'd put Mayuka at number one. I remember using him and his shot was like no one else in the game while he was rapid and as smooth as any other player. I sort of miss this being in the game but then from a business point it doesn't help. I wish there wasn't such a pay to win factor but EA got to line their pockets.
Stopped playing fifa a few years ago, but for me nothing touches Alexander Esswein in Fifa 13. Literally 2k coins and was the best card in the game. Anyone remember Bateson taking down KSI’s full TOTY team with a 30k bundesliga squad? This was before Bateson was even a TH-camr/Streamer. Great times

This guy had 2 silver cards previous in FUT 14&15 but Trochowksi’s non rare gold card in FUT 16 WAS TOO CRAZY for me. 5* WF 4* Skills. Put him in my starter/fitness squad he dominated every game i played with him. He did it all long shots, free kicks, had nice passing, and for him not having the best defensive stats he was alright. I based every squad I was going to build around him. Underrated Goat FUT card in my book.

The beauty of this list, is that the overwhelming majority of these cards are just bog standard cards that could be used all year so you could just play casually. The worst part of current FIFA is you get left way behind

Relative to the players in that fifa and how good every one of his cards was in game my choice is Ibrahimovic in FUT 14. Ben Cheddar in FUT 20 is close though.

David Luiz on fifa 13 is the reason I’m a Chelsea fan today. It was my first time playing FIFA and we ran 2v2 with some friends and my friend was a huge Chelsea fan. David Luiz was absolutely insane. Same with Ramires. Dude was insanely fast and could do everything.
Man this brings me back, doumbia, Cuadrado, Lozano, Alessandrini, Dybala were some CRACKED cards. The game ain’t the same!!!!

The player from Arsenal you are thinking of is Delfenuseo, although he played for Villa. I also think you are mixing fifa 12 and 13 in your head, because a lot of cards you are talking about were awesome in fifa 13, like David Luiz and Chikhaoui (the 5* 5* guy)

Ibarbo is honestly the GOAT of FIFA normally a player is good for one year but Ibarbo was OP for multiple years and at one point formed the best front three imo you could ever get in a fifa him Gervinho and Doumbia

He was great but I sort of agree that for some reason he doesnt stand out in your mind like some of these others making him a bit forgettable.

I think if you haven’t played since the beginning of Ultimate Team or at least fifa 12, you couldn’t sizing up the feel of an overpowered card, even if the stats weren't impressive, what certain OP cards performed and did was out of this world.
