Why G2 Esports is respected around the world!

- In the world of League of Legends, western organizations are often overlooked as contenders. Or at least, that was the case until G2 came around back in 2019. Here is a quick recap of the things G2 accomplished that year that led to them being respected at every tournament to follow.

Respect to G2 and FNC. Put the dreams of all European fans on their back and put us on the map with the Eastern titans
Man quickshots casting at the end of game 5 msi never fails to give me shivers and nowadays also teary eyed. 2018-2020 was such an amazing time for lol esports, we really had a chance.

I remember what great times these were.. OMG. I was so happy... I used to love G2 when Perkz was on it.

I mean, Personally I've been a fan since I first started watching esports in 2018 - following the 2019/20 roster was definitely the primary reason I got hooked on league in general (before that I was primarily watching because of friends) But apart from the disappointment of 2021 (and it really was pretty depressing), I say the current roster has at least the same potential in game as 2019 AND their content is funnier than ever!
With sejuani getting more and more buffs I cant see Jankos not going on seju duty either, the year is practically ours from the get-go!

@@Skyflairl2p They might have the same potential, and the same togethernes, but they arent on the same level as 2019. Back then G2 coud play everyting and no mather how far behind they get you aways knew they can come back, they also didnt trow so much. This team feals normal, they are a good team that has some weird picks and have some funy guys. The spetial factor and sheer star power in every role is lacking atm, and i am not sure if they will ever have it. They do have potential tho, so lets hope, because if its not G2 then no one will be on the level of Asia.

Jankos said the finals were free if they picked Olaf and contested late invades and fpx never did anything again and lost to lgd in China who turned out to be horrible. Later fpx lost to rogue and c9 so… and they were tournament favourites, losing to na

Honestly great material, but sometimes the gaps are just a tiny bit too long (ex. 7:50) and I lack music or any other sound apart from your voice. liked and subbed

Personally I really disliked this video since it didn’t say anything new to me (a not too addicted league fan), also you explained your thesis in the last minute without giving it chance to expand. You just let the gameplay talk for itself without showing some iconic plays (caps’s pentakill and jankos’s famous first blood with olaf)

You know they are in other sports too and have won titles there, also its almost impossible to win worlds in league for non LCK or LPL teams, so their MSI i the best EU teams have done from the days of M5. For CS GO well there they just cant get over the finish for many reasons.
