Inner balance between action and silence (to discover who you really are). The inner world en the outside world. Your wisdow is great i loved it. I have a couple years to live. But only now i understand life and death. Everything is one. Be humble. What is happiness. When your mind is peacefully.

I was in Thailand in 03
I was only 17 I spent my 18th on koh San road , I bet it's changed alot

I was there for my 16th
Come back to UK become a father
And nitty got lost

The rules of life advised here are good and I could seldom bring deeper developments or counter arguments. Now I only wish to mention that any moral human being must regard boxing as a degrading „sport”, seeing in it two „human beings” beastly pounding each other until they disfigure themselves and one of them falls crushed and bleeding, or even dead to the ground, like the gladiators of old, for the false glory of muscles!
Bodybuilding is also an excess, a one-sided workout initiated and stimulated by the intellect (the tool given to us to use well) and not by the spirit that we are. If the devices in the gyms were connected to dynamos, at least the BODY-builder would produce electricity for the reading rooms!
I wonder to what extent the martial „arts” can be called so, as long as people train not for defense against invaders and for the promotion of noble ideas, but - as they accumulate sKILLS - give in to the temptation to compete with and surpass everyone else... out of pride, which drives such a fighter to always seek enmity, not PEACE!
