I dont think disinvestment is the only way to make India developed. So the main aim here is to give the govt controlled entities into private hands who then will overcharge the common man and then contribute those money in Electoral Bonds. If you want to make India developed, charge more tax from wealthy people and also from MLA and MP on the salary. Why arent the MLA and MP charged tax on their salary and allowances they earn?

Atleast now we have F.M. who works for the country and not personal wealth, .How she performs is more important then charm and cheat.
Incidently I drew your attention for Uniform laws and also in all spheres.
Most importance is equal and free education to all, with identical curriculam to have equal opportunities.
Beside many more sectors River is very essential for 1. Water availability, reduce transport cost3. Highly labour oriented, dredging preserving banks by plantation,3. Shipping, ship building, New ports, building cities, warehousing and infrastructures
    4. Fishing , TOURISM, sewage etc.
RIVERS ARE CRYING FOR DEVELOPEMENT. To promote and increase middle class. Rivers are God's blessing on his banks were Ashrams a sit of education.

Look at the perfomance and compare F.M.s with Harward and Cambridge scholars who had pledged 40 CRORES GOLD to run the country. !!!!@@ Don't go y the looks. At least financially you are in safe bands
