    Just want to pop in to say that I love your advice and I’m finding your videos very motivational. I know you said on Instagram that you’re worried about the algorithm forcing you into a niche you don’t necessarily love, but I just want to say that there will be lots of people like me who find your channel through your Etsy videos etc and stick around for a long time because we’re interested in your whole channel 😊

    Summary of key points:
    1. Know your "why": Understand your motivation for starting a business or working on a project to help keep you focused and motivated.
    2. Prioritize mental well-being: If you're not in a good mood, either don't work or take time to improve your mood before starting work, as your productivity and creativity may be negatively impacted.
    3. Recognize the limits of deep work: For full-time entrepreneurs, understand that you may not be able to do more than four hours of deep, focused work each day, and that's okay.
    4. Utilize time management techniques: Implement methods such as batching tasks, time blocking, the Pomodoro Technique, and the 80/20 rule (Pareto Principle) to maximize productivity.
    5. Establish a morning routine: Prepare yourself mentally and physically before starting your workday by engaging in activities such as meditation, exercise, and organizing your to-do list.

    First of all, you´re such heartwarming and authentic person, I´m so happy that I´ve found you through your Etsy Videos :) There are so many good tips in this video and I´m going to try a bunch. I´m an entrepreneur for almost 4 years and I´m still struggling with prioritizing things und being so harsh on myself when I´m having a bad day and can´t be so creative as I´d like to be. Working non-stop and just pushing myself to do even more is not the answer and I´ve already started to meditate, journal and training my mind to be compassionate when I´m drained out instead of being guilty that I´m not getting the work done. It helped a lot to be reminded of working just 3-5 hours of deep work is enough and it is ok to be not as focused the other hours. Lots of love from Germany ❤

      Awww thank you Sarah! ❤️️ Your comment made my day. Entrepreneurship is a journey and as long as we keep going and improve our business and life 1% every day you will reach a quantum leap. Your efforts aren't going unnoticed! Yes 3-5 hours of deep work is enough - rest up when you're drained and you'll have more energy later :) Wishing you all the best!

    I am a morning person as well, I normally start my productive tasks ( studying or creating videos) from 8 am and by 1 pm I have most of my tasks done . and in the afternoons and evenings I do the passive aka non creative kinda tasks . Great video ❤

    • @DinaLu
      @DinaLu  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Woohoo morning person! Ideally I would wake up at 6am, do morning routine like exercise and meditate til 8am then start work but it's hard to wake up early 🤣

    Time blocking and daily to-do lists don't work for me. I feel sorta pressure with making them happen as I schedule before. The best thing for me is a weekly to-do list. So I write down the most important things that need/ really wanna be done on that week. So every day I choose a task and do it then move on to another task. So I can decide what I wanna do based on my mood or deadlines, etc. Some days I do more Some days do less. As far as I make the most important things in a week done, everything is fine 😊

    • @DinaLu
