Hi Evac! Amazing video!Thank you very much for sharing!I am about to copy all these steps. However I have two questions which I hope to get your suggestions. First of all,you had traced the outline of the mould at 6:17 but I’m not sure what’s that for?I didn’t see that trace was used later on? Also you mentioned that we should not tape glass fiber to the front of the mould at 8:26 because the scissor jack later will make the boot longer. But if we are using the jack to stretch the boot isn’t it going to be longer anyway? Looking forward for your reply! Bunny
@@morethannihao tracing around the initial mound was to judge how much increase there was, the front fibre was to punch out the toe. It all worked! No problems
That's brilliant! Thank you for sharing.
That seems like and exhausting but brilliant way to get a really good fit, surprised no shops do it that way.
Yes bit of time but best thing I ever done. Just been away and got back to recall no toe touching or boot problems.
Hows the boots? Are they still comfy?
I have the same boots with exactly the same problem. Mainly the right boot!
Mine also but perfect now.
Just got back from skiing and never thought about that right toe once.
Do you still have the moulds? I Could do with them
I am in Newcastle
These boots have never fitted across the width of my foot. Two hours maximum 😢

How long did it take for the postcrete to go off?
@@stevebrain5015 about 10 minutes.
@evacoutdoors5867 Ten hours or more for me. Lol
@ I used a 2 component polyester not post Crete 😬
@evacoutdoors5867 that makes more sense. Oh well. I see if I can stretch this boot 😆 🤣
I am looking to borrow the moulds from the Man Himself asap 😊
If I was in the uk no problem
Gotta get that Mercedes 😂😂
1:28 What tool did you use to stretch the wood plugs?
Basically they were bigger so I just wedged them in then forced down with an bar which I wedged against the curling beam.
Cool video. I'll try myself.
If you do the cement molds, do you still need to do the wooden ones first? 7:30
has anyone else tried this?
