Yep, MIDI can go in and out of the CL5 into and out of the computer. So they can control each other. In this example a device on the network was firing cues to CueLab, which was then firing MIDI commands to the console

Why in the world would you not use Dante for that? Midi sends data only. Midi does not pass audio.
