Yes, please, it would be great if you could make an in-depth video with some detailed explanations and examples for us, not-so-tech-savvy users! Thanks in advance and greetings from Croatia!
No but like for real Britec why don't you post links and commands or whatever paths etc you show in your description. I am genuinely interested in the answer.
Thank you for your videos. I'm based in Malawi and I've leant plenty of useful info and tools for IT. I want to get into the IT field as an IT Support and eventually make my way into a Network Engineer. 😃
Thanks a lot for this video Brian, I've been using autoruns for many years, usually just to see what is in logon, scheduled tasks and services, just to get rid of stuff I don't want to load at startup or run as a scheduled task. I feel like a numpty that I've never bothered checking anything in red with virus total when it's built right into autoruns ... doh !
Yes please Brian do more on systernals please steve also what do you think of VPN and what is the best free one to use can you look into these as well please steveb
"Free Security Tools Everyone Needs" then uses a few min. promoting a paid tool. So basically, not just free options. Regardless, the ones you mention, that are free, are fine programs. there are tons and tons of videos already on those tools but your take on them is appreciated.
Did you read my System Informer post? It seems to have disappeared. Process Govenor is pretty good too which comes with Process Lasso. However, Process Lasso should be used with caution as it can interfere with some processes working correctly in windows. You can exclude processes from process lasso but it can be more trouble than it is worth.
Just got the last update for Firefox on Win 7. NO MORE updates for Firefox on Win 7 ! OK Britec it looks like sun has finally set on Windows 7. I will now have to acknowledge the assistance of Windows 10.
a wise choice because you shouldn't be running an outdated system on the internet, personal use no internet is ok if it meets your needs why not run it for as long as you can!
win 10 ends support in Oct 2025 & Win 11 works well, and another tech channel I visit Confirmed MS is working On Hudson Valley Windows 12 due in 2024 for online safety the more you keep up with os's the safer you are on the internet
plenty of great free software available to keep your pc safe, let me know in comments when software you like.
Great tools, I have been looking for a process manager for Android, any ideas?
Multimon by Resplendence. It logs what specific programs are doing to your filesystem and registry.
@@leonidas14775 that looks too be windows tool, not Android
Would be great sharing official download links for the tools, now one ends up installing/running malware.
@@Andy001z I was reponding to Brian. But you can use the ps -A or the top command on android in a terminal or over adb
