You NEED to check out more of Electric Callboy, they literally have not a single bad track. But to get into them I would reccomend "We Got The Moves", "Hypa Hypa" or "Tekkno Train", from there your journey is endless into other funny ones or some serious ones which are also insanely good :) they have soooo much great stuff to discover.
Literally every song from MMXX onward has been hit after hit. Even if it takes a few listens for me at first, they all have grown on me. Every single one. Even the Kalle song too.
You're the second person I've seen who thought "Now everybody's getting down" was "cloned". This is just fun, start to finish.🤘

Babymetal has been making music since 2010, i.e. 14 years.
You should really dive into Electric Callboy if you liked this. This song is VERY EC coded, and everything they released since 2020 from "Hypa Hypa" and onwards is a certified banger. "We got the moves" is their most successful song. Their cover of "Every time we touch" is also really good. Others to check out are the aforementioned "Hypa Hypa" and "Tekkno Train". Really anything from their album "Tekkno" :) My personal favourite is "Parasite", but it's one of their non-goofy songs.

The "hips don't lie" is definitely a Shakira reference.
The "Fu Fu" (or more like "wu-uh wu-uh") part sounds like Backstreet Boys - Everybody female backing chorus and also I think I heard in a K-pop song, not sure which one.
Btw I thought the second "Are you ready?" chorus was MomoMetal doing the backing growling but they didn't show that, we'll see in the live version.
There's probably more references but I'm so far away from pop culture that i probably missing a lot more.

And BABYMETAL invented a whole new subgenre called kawaii metal, mixing J-pop and everything not metal with every subgenre of metal.
I don't think they invented it. That style has been around for about 15 years or so (at least that's when I heard stuff like that for the first time), but one could easily argue they not only took it to the extreme and at the same made it as universally pallatable as can be, but also pretty much perfected it. :D

If you havent known EC so far, you know what you need to to the next weeks ;-)
For me and many others that know BOTH groups Ratatata is essentially an EC song which has Babymetal in it and they let Su's voice absolutely shine bright. Maybe I am overdoing it here a bit much, but I felt the need to show you, that EC is not just one of many metal band. It is a High Energy giving band similar to BabyMetal and they hit really hard the past 2 or 3 years on youtube and tiktok.
While EC loves BM too it was BM who was seen in an EC concert last year (i think Boston). Btw EC was asked, if they knew that BM was there and they said: "They are great, but we dont know, if they have been there." Obviously that was said, to kill rumours of a collab.
PS: I (my oppinion) would call BM the Queens and EC the Kings. That is what makes that collab extraordinary :)

Rammstein has a low powerful voice, but he do not really growl. More like scream. And most of the time he do not scream either.

Electric Callboy are the most entertaining band in the world right now, not put out a bad song in last 3 years and live shows just a massive rave of metal riffs that fill audiences with a euphoria 🤔😃

2:29 little know 'secret' or just fact: TH-cam actually keeps view count delayed, so they can do extra automated checks if they are real views, because views are someone which are related to ads, which means money, so they need to be correct or companies will stop advertising on TH-cam.
