I know this is an older video but the information you provided was way better than anything else ive found out there. I'm new to the cart/buggy scene and I just picked up and older Dazon 150 double and I was looking for some overview insight before I began going through it to get it going again. I live on a mountainside where everything is hilly with very little flat surfaces to ride so I was wondering about gearing to help combat those issues. Thanks again....liked and subscribed.
Awesome video. Id love to get some info off of u need some info on a 2008 hammerhead 150 twister. Basically I got for my kids would just like to have a little more low-end for trails I was wondering about the doctor pulley kit if you ever get time please respond I appreciate it in advance thank you
Does anyone have the wiring diagram for this baja? I am confused with the cables from the ignition switch. I have a 3 wire switch, does the first one go to the cdi, second goes to starter solenoid, and third goes to +12v ?
I just bought a crossfire 150 and it’s bone stock. So I’m a newbie! The carb needs some work, I’m wondering if you recommend a rebuild or going with a completely new carburetor for more performance. And if you recommend replacing the carburetor which carburetor would you recommend?
Replace if you are going to upgrade exhaust and intake. If you are staying stock, a simple cleaning and rejet will suffice. If you replace it, I'm very happy with the Nibbi carb, but some modifications are required. Glixial has a stock replacement carb that gets lots of great reviews. Good luck!

I drive my 4-wheeler 13 miles to the river and back are these engines reliable enough and durable enough to go on slow ride with not much wind on the engine
can someone explain to me how I can get my Baja Dune 150 running I can't seem to get the wiring right or something I don't know it's coming from the ignition switch and when I tie it into the other wires it doesn't do nothing I don't know what's going on with it if someone can help please let me know
Due to the control arms being mounted above the frame, you can't get any more travel downward. But if you are a welder, you can relocate the a arm mounts and opt for larger shops.
@@Racemybuick I saw in another video you stated the rear shocks are 14.5 inch shocks if I where to do 15.75 inch shocks would there be enough downward travel in the swing arm for me to put them in the stock mounting places?
I am currently have a problem with the starter and I don’t know what wires go to the starter and which one goes the ignition switch it’s all messed with them and I’m trying to get them all back together and in the right places and I try to look for a wiring diagram, and I couldn’t find one
Internal reverse engines, especially the Howhit engine are near impossible to replace, as those engines were discontinued in 2011... www.gotbuggies.com is the only guy I know that has spare parts here and there
Very nice build that thing is beautiful! I just picked what used one up for four hundred bucks. Where can I get a carburetor for it? Also can I put tubes in these tires they are all leaking

Contact JD at gotbuggies.com. The more hills you have, a bigger axle sprocket and lighter roller weights in the variator are what you will need.
Picked one up, gonna follow your build :)
I put Hammer Head steering rack boots on mine. Loosened the steering box a bit to slip them behind, and it holds them in place.

Will this dune buggy fit in a 8ft long truck bed?
no
Yes I fit it in my 6
Did in my 5'3/4" with the tailgate down
Fits in my tundra with a 78"bed
What's the top speed on this?
34moh as is... gearing keeping me down, but I love the torque
Get rid of those gfy shocks! They are known to snap, very dangerous! Use stock yfz450 or raptor 700 shocks instead.
