I like the concept because I personally don't like food coloring and preservatives. However can you work on your walls. Some tilings or something better. I love your effort keep it up.

There is more to success than ingredients..
However, on the flipside it's a very inspirational story

This lady can also branch off into making chutneys' A spicy condiment made of fruits or vegetables with vinegar, spices, and sugar, .
"various chutneys and yogurt dips". All the ingredients are locally available. Fruits of all types and vegetables. Spices: She has the spices already figured out.
Chutney can be eaten with all sorts of foods with rice, ugali, chapati, pizza you name it. What type of oil to use? Avacado oil hands down its health and clean has no after taste. We have plenty of avacados to make oil. There are companies in kenya that make avacado oil.
Also the lady can make her own ketchup (tomatoe sauce). Chutney is really like Ketchup. We have tomatoes and making a vairiety of different tasting pastes from different types of fruits using her spice mix one can come up with different types of spreads like mango, pinaeapple, tomatoe pastes that can be eaten with fries.
I looked up what Heinz ketchup is made of Ingredients
Tomatoe concetrate from red ripe tomatoes
    Distilled Vinegar
    High fructose corn syrup
    Corn Syrup
    Salt
    Spice
    Onion powder
    Natural flavoring
These are the ingredients Heinz ketchup is made from and the company is a multi billion dollar industry.
Why can we come up with our own African ketchup that has our tastes better than heinz ketchup. We have all the ingredients available.

@@anzazikiti7299 I got excited getting a response from you. At least someone is listening. Now that you have the chutney in process, next is a condiment or paste that goes on foods like chips, burgers, fish and even barbeque sauce. The foundation of all condiments and pastes is the spice mix. Since you have that figured out (spice mix) now its a matter of branching off to other products like chutney and pastes that goes on foods like chips, burgers, fish and even barbeque sauce. make them into small satchets like the ones you get when you take away fast food and market them to eateries like fast foods, resturants and even to market ladies doing some cooking like fried fish .etc.

@@anzazikiti7299 One of the ingredients for many sauces like chutney and pastes is vinegar. Do you know you can make your own in house vinegar. Here is the video on how to make it. Its so easy i could not believe it. Just requires an acidic fruit like pineapples, oranges, apples etc. First they need to be dried now not all folk dry it. You can dry them in the oven while drying your spices. Then put them in a glass container and fill with water and let the mix ferment for 30 days or so and there you have your vinegar no need to buy vinegar and safe on costs. But any way here is a video of How home made vinegar is made using different types of fruit. th-cam.com/video/V9nfVu9zGxk/w-d-xo.html
This second video is home made apple vinegar. Its in 3 parts
