"...having tried these other things, God inspired into me to do herbs farming." I have played that part like thrice. In all things acknowledge Him and He will show you the way to go. All the best!

You know he loves what he does, and I feel the same way, I am not interested in employment. It's to bad how restaurants have vanished, I depend upon them for winter season income. In the wake of market shifts, I've noticed that curb side pickup is becoming the essential adaptation, also selling live plants now that everyone is starting their own garden, or window herbs. Becoming an agronomist yourself, and teaching people how to grow gardens, then taking clients for garden design, and using your farm labor as landscapers to build, is a great way of meshing together multiple components of agriculture, while keeping employees busy with side work during these slow wholesale times.

Dry your herbs and venture into other markets. Dry herbs, if done right can last a long time. The mint is great for teas. God bless you.

I bought .27 acres to start herbal farming. I choose it too because I don't need a lot of space to make money. I was making a couple thousands a month from my small garden.
