    Thx this helped me a lot! Because usually when I spar I get tired in the middle of the match trying to catch my breath.

    Dont forget what influences CV endurance. Mitochondrial density, haemoglobin and myglobin density. HR during exertion. You need athletes operating at approximately 86% MHR to have trade of maximum intensity and endurance. 86% in trained athletes allows ETC and krebs cycle to remove toxin build up. Then you're just balancing glucose and glycogen reserves
