Have you studied the carnivore lifestyle? Docters are telling more and more that a lot of illnesses are metabolic and come from gutproblems. I am living carnivore, had diareah for 43 years. Within 2 weeks it was gone. And with that so many of my complaints. Severe joint pain, pre diabetes, extreme fatigue. Skin problems, etc etc.
You are doing great despite all the hardships! Please look into meditation as it has been proven to renew the brain and many people with MS benefit greatly by practicing meditation. Also research carnivore diet to get rid of some other medical issues. Wish you all the best, Stuart!
Thank you for getting in touch. I love nothing more than good quality meat & can see the benefits of that diet. I am a into eastern belief systems, having done martial arts,, my instructor was very into the mental side so I will look into meditation & MS.
@@StuartLomaslost my mum last year to severe ms.i have fybromyalgia we both now no have heds and now I no we both have had Asperger's and us comorbid mum's started at my grandmother s funeral stress do you have hypomobility my MRIs are clear so it still fybromyalgia
@tomsale5142 As my MS is getting worse joints like my shoulders, elbows & wrists are becoming less mobile & flexible with spasticity in my fingers. Life is about adaptation & anyone suffering with MS gets to understand that very quickly I think. Be well my friend.
It will be worth your time to change your diet to complete non inflammatory, carnivore diet. The lack of carbohydrates and excess insulin and glucose spikes will help eliminate all of your pain. It is worth a 30 to 90 day trial!
Well prior to my last eye test I was concerned that MS would effect my eyes & what happened was in the two years since the exam before I developed Cataract & I have no family history of it & no sign of it. Was this anything to do with NS? I don't know but I have had surgery & all is well . Just get checked, it can't hurt.
