It's possibly because when your younger, you tend to not have as much experience playing games as well as a slower working brain; which makes it harder to react quickly to situations like being shot at or just finding where you need to go in the game. Which means a lot of deaths, reloading and getting stuck at a point which an adult would normally get through in under half an hour but sometimes takes three times longer if your playing that section as a child. I know this is the case for me personally, as I have been playing video games day to day since I was three years old.

Brad Dourif.
I miss playing gun on my ps 2
Me too, now fortnite lol
RDR2
Same
You know just plug it back in and switch it on.
@@Goldadon red dead 2 is trash
To this day this remains one of my favorite games of all time. The newer games have nothing on these. Graphics can get you only so far.
Alot of newer games are missing that plot and ability to keep you interested to said plot for some even the characters.
Red Dead begs to differ. Hell of a game, and if you’ve never played them two, I’d definitely recommend them. I would love to see this game completely remastered with smooth, brand-spanking-new animations and cutscenes. This game is beautiful.
Also no Agendas. you are killing so many natives in this game that will never happen again lol.
You know it's an old game when a character, in a game set during 1880, tells you to "Press the Sprint Button"
The voice acting is on another level and realistic dying groans 10/10
It's funny how the mind remembers things. I remember playing this on my Gamecube and thinking it looked a lot better than this.
Nah ya knew what it looked like these were just good or at least decent graphics there were plenty of games with better graphics at the time though
I was thinking the same 😂
I’d play this everyday after school on Xbox 360 ahh 2007 wish I was a kid again
Same
You are a kid
SinisterSix 95 ok hes not 40 but hes a not a kid either. He means a child. Like a small one. Get that?
Great game. Brings back great great memories on ps2
3:41 its your mom screaming
@@Comerciante_Judeu tu é triste man
Colton White is basically cowboy The Punisher and it's cool that they're both voiced by Thomas Jane. Then there's Kris Kristofferson, plays Whistler in Blade as well as Ned in GUN. 2 characters that raised Orphans.
Oh, my childhood. Memories come and go... Thank you, bro. What a nostalgia!
This was the original Red dead Redemption. I remember playing this on the original Xbox with my stepbrother.
Thought red dead revolver was the original???
@@Berthology No, it was shit compared to this.
@@Berthology it was
@Jimmy S red dead revolver is too cartoony and arcade, it fuckin' stinks
This game was more beautiful than RDR 2 in my kid memories bruh
In those times this was high top graphics
many years have passed and I still haven't stopped playing this great game
I remember coming home from school to get a snack or 2 and watch my dad play this for HOURS....sooo thank for this nostalgic video
Nostalgia hitting hard. I used to play this with my brother, some 12 years ago
the nostalgia is real
i had it on my ps2
Same
They should release this game on mobile like Rockstar did with the old Grand Theft Autos.
They had it on the PSP lol
@xSvb_Zer0x the psp version is...interesting to say the least, for me. It's the most complete version of the game, but technically it hasn't aged well. It's still quite enjoyable for me, but admittedly it is a pain to control.
This is the very first game i played, and its is the very best game ive ever played.
Memories!!! Coming home after school and playing this. Swore it was longer before lol 3 1/2 hrs now just watching. Glad I ran into this 👌
Honestly this game brings back nostalgia, I play this every Friday night and then every Saturday morning before my music class started. I love this game ever since I was in like fifth grade
OMG THE FEELINGS, i played this game a lot as a kid, i remember every single part of it
Fun Fact: The main character was voiced by the guy who acts in The Punisher film
Woah
@@Eren-gu7un thomas jane is his name to be specific there is a behind the scenes video of GUN the game by the youtube channel of neogamer its a cool video and the preist is voiced by lance henrinksin who was in aliens and terminator
How could I have not known about this??
@@l.a.w-2323 No, the priest was voiced by Brad Douriff who also voices (Chucky from Child's Play)
Thank you buddy for the memories you brought me..wish i could be back as a kid reenjoying the old times playing this great game..love !
Never realized how many actors were in this. Thomas Jane, lance henriksen, brad dorif, tom skerritt, ron pearlman , kris kristofferson.......thats one hell of a voice cast. Must've cost a fortune. No wonder i remember the story being so amazing
It’s crazy cuz when I was kid I used to think this game was like playing a western as cool as western movies, but when I think about there’s barely a western movie that exists that had as good a story, characters, music, atmosphere. It’s like I created an idea of western movies that didn’t even exist cuz this game was just so badass at the time.
468 comments, and not a single one about the man teleporting at 8:44
Now 852
Except this one
A magical priest🙏🏻
Hes just fast
Guy legit throws a fuckin hatchet at the back of that girls head!
I still remember, horses were my favourite weapons...
All I can say is... If you played this game when you were a child then your childhood was awesome...
God i remember this game looking so good back then. Man have games come so far. I played this game so much back then I could recite every word said from beginning to end.
*I remember my uncle had this game back then. I played it and it looked very realistic. A timeless game.*
Once again, Lance Henriksen plays a damn great villain with that intimidating voice!
So does Brad Dourif. You can hear his Chucky voice when he flung his tomahawk at that woman.
This was one of the best ps2 games I played as a kid! I really enjoyed it!
This game was ahead of its time
I’m gen z but I was blessed to have experienced and enjoyed great games like these
I haven't thought of this game in a lot of years..just randomly popped into my head I'm really glad I found this.
tooo
wish we could get a remaster of this masterpiece
Ong😂
Love this game, great story, looks and sounds incredible, the world they've created is stunning, not to mention the voice acting, still go back and play it now every now and again ❤️
Bruh I was so happy to see this game in some dark depressing corner of my room, so I got out the good ol xbox 360 and played this game again and really enjoyed it
