Check out if u have a local craftman club or smth along the lines. In Germany we have one in a small town where I live and they have 3 different types of sweing machines to use for 0€!

When i look for a sewing diy, this is exactly the kind of thing i am looking for. Its very easy to understand, and its logical. You use true sewing techniques that I've seen my seamstress family members use, and there's no hot glue gun in sight....unlike the previous "sewing" diy i clicked. Still confused as to why false diy videos were posted above this one.
This looks awesome and not super difficult, I'm going to make this tonight and sew it by hand because sewing machines are a freaking mystery! Wish me luck!
