It’s nearly impossible in 30 days…please provide correct information that they are different plants used …many people will think it grows

It is possible. The thing is - Its not about 30 days. It's after 15 days interval means succulents grew in 45 days.

Dont know why you are using garden soil to grow them..
Succulent needs loose, porus and well deaining media..

Yes, you are right. Actually in our area - Soil is sandy and well fertile also fully organic so there is no need to increase the pororsity of soil that's why I didn't mix anything in it.

You can propagate any succulent in any season.
But the thing is succulents are not surviving well in summer season.
Personally I propagate succulent in August month. The reason is they propagate really very well and rapidly.
