    So in fact no need a good espresso crema for latte art. I can see you keep re-using the same cup of coffee and yet the arts look impressive. Do you think a good idea for beginner?

    I just made a hot chocolate because I didnt know whay to do with the milk without an espresso. I'll try this for sure.

    안녕하세요 거의 1년정도 구독한 구독자에요 ㅎㅎ
    올 3월에 다니던 카페가 폐업을 해서 알바를 끝내고
    취준끝에 직장을 다니면서 정신없이 살았네요

    Hello. when i do this there becomes this island of foam floating free in the cup. Is this coz i add too much coffee, or is it my milk steaming which is bad causing it to split? Thanks :-D

    안녕하세요 유튜브에서 우연히 영상보고 질문댓글좀 남깁니다 ㅠ
    카페에서 일하는 직원인데요 저는 스팀을 시작할때 가운데 지점에서 약간 5시 방향으로 스팀완드를 위치시키고 살짝 기울인상태로 스팀을 시작합니다 원하는만큼 공기주입을 한 뒤 스팀피쳐를 살짝 올려 스팀완드를 1cm가량 담가주고 회전을 시킵니다
    문제는 회전은 정말 잘됩니다 근데 공기거품들이 잘 안깨져요 그래서 혼합할때 스팀완드를 이리저리 옮겨보다가 가운데정도 지점으로 옮기니까 거품이 잘 깨지더라고요 다른분들이 하는거보면 공기주입을 한 지점과 혼합을 하는 지점이 같은데 저는 왜 혼합과정에서 스팀완드를 가운데쪽으로 옮겨야 거품들이 깨지는걸까요

      떡볶이모래맛 공기주입 후 1cm 가량 담가주고 회전을 시킨다 👉🏻 여기서 문제가 있는 것 같아요 ! 치직 - 소리가 안날 만큼만 담가주시면 공기방울들이 호로록 사라지는 모습을 보실 수 잇을거에요 !!! 스팀완드를 가운데쪽으로 옮기지 마시구 시작한 그 위치 그대로 가만히 계시면서 위아래로만 움직이시고 공기주입할때 치직 소리가 안날 !! 만큼만 아주아주아주 살짝 집어넣으셔야하는게 포인트일 것 같습니당

      아 그리고 스티밍 하면 눈에 보이는 큰거품은 없는데 약간 눈에 거슬리는 잔거품들(스팀피쳐 벽면에 붙어있는 쪼만한 거품)이 라떼 비쥬얼을 망치는거같아요 내일 매장 가서 다시 한번 더 해봐야겠어요..
      질문 몇개 더 드려도 될까요 ㅠ
      1. 스팀완드 각도는 최대한 몸쪽으로 땡기고 하나요? 아니면 적당히 땡기고 하나요?
      2. 스팀완드 3시방향, 5시방향 어디가 더 좋을까요?
      3. 스팀피쳐를 기울일때 오른쪽부분이 낮아지게끔 기울이는게 맞을까요 아니면 손잡이부분이 낮아지게 기울이는게 맞을까요 ( 저는 오른쪽부분이 낮아지게끔 기울이는편입니다)
      4. 바리스타조이님 영상보면 스티밍을 진짜 빨리 끝내시던데 그렇게하면 혼합이 덜되지 않나요?? 바리스타조이님처럼 따라해봤는데 거품 그대로 남아있더라고요(저희 매장 머신기는 BFC 갈릴레오 입니다 스팀팁 구멍이 4개더라구요)
      사랑합니다 바리스타 조이님 목소리도 너무 좋으시고 라떼아트 실력도 넘 좋으세요 항상 건강하세요!!

      스팀완드 각도는 4시반 방향으로 땡기는거같습니당, 우유 표면과 스팀완드가 꽂히는 각도는 65도가 제일 좋다고 어느 외국영상에서 본거같아요.
      위치 잘 모르겠으면 일단 팁 끝이 중심에오도록 잡아주시고 방향트는게 좋아요.
      기울이는 방향은 말씀하신것처럼 핸들쪽말고 대각선 방향으로 기우는 것 같아요.
      3시방향으로 틀면 팁끝이 벽이랑 너무 가까워서 시끄럽고 스팀 잘 안되니까 5시쪽이 좋겠어요 !
      저는 스팀 시작 후 최대한 2-3초 이내로 공기주입 마치는 편이에요 빠르게 느껴지지만 제가 사용하는 저그는 400ml, 우유양은 200ml 가 좀 안 되는 양이기에 스팀 속도가 빠를 수 밖에요 ㅎㅎ
      앗 그리고 제가 마시는게 아니면 온도를 55도-60도 정도로 맞추기때문에 일할때나 마시는것보다 아트 연습할때는 스팀을 좀더 빨리 끄는 편입니당 !! (저도 구멍 4개입니다)
