the pausing before turning back before the kiss scene was a throwback to season one when scylla was in prison and asked to see raelle before being shipped off and after raelle confronted her she went to leave and then paused but didn’t turn back-
I never thought about that, but that is a very good comparison. She didn't want the same regret she felt in season 1. Their love is way to strong ❤

I was literally screaming at my TV at Raella to turn around to kiss Scylla. AND SHE DID AND I JUST LOST IT MUCH LIKE ADAM ACTUALLY.
taylor said the script said to kiss like they never did before and they SERVED us that. i knew nicte stole tally's face just because of how tally's posture, voice and posture changed. also if nicte got caught, i doubt she would be trying to yell in the muzzle also you could see by the eyes.
i think abi’s fear was losing control of her powers while trying to strive for greatness and hurting people because she wasn’t strong enough
no, it was said that her fear was letting her family down and losing control, and not being able to protect them. it’s very different then the other two we see. (which deals with betrayal) really shows that abi just wants her loved ones to feel safe, so pure

scylla is fighting in the last episode with the unit but next episode focuses on whats happening in fort salem not outside of it. she will prob be in ep 9 just not much like how anacostia, petra and alder didn't have many scenes in episodes that didnt focus on fort salem

From this episode we all know one thing is how powerful scylla is, she endure nicte power the most, she push back that storm abigail summoned, she can endure all the pain that raelle and her unit said to her, she beat abigail and raelle
She maybe didn't have any special ability like the units but she have her brain, everyone said that she is the smartest necro and in this episode she show us all 👍
The actress playing NIcte gives me life!! The way she glares lol - I hope she gets more screen time and dialogue next episode.

I CANNOT HANDLE THE POSSIBILITY OF NO SEASON 3
Nicte's working preyed on the Unit's weaknesses and fear. For Raelle, it was her fear of not fully knowing her mom well and perhaps her frustrations on how her family life went like. For Tally, she probably fears that her lifelong dream of joining the Army was not the "right" choice, or how the Army she looked up to was not how she imagined it to be. For Abigail, she fears that in her pursuit of greatness, she's hurting the people she loves.
This makes me wonder what appeared in Scylla's hallucinations. Her parents? The guilt she carries for taking innocent lives? Losing Raelle? :(
Tally’s nightmare getting sexy was a mood though, not gonna lie.

The second Raelle snapped at Scylla I knew they were already in another trap (that hurt me too especially when they flashed the camera to Scylla's reaction TToTT) - and then Tally losing her shit about the bats confirmed it. Out of character lol
I'd give the duck to Raelle and Scylla, Raelle's been doing a great job portraying the whole rollercoaster of emotions and Scylla with her range of facial expressions: tentativeness, hopefulness, fear of rejection, guilt, concern, conviction, and of course love without saying a word! ;)

Arlen is so amazing playing Tally. Figured it out when "Nicte" looks like she's panicking while "Tally" volunteered to put the gag mask on to her. I'm curious if Scylla would have figured it out if she touched "Nicte"'s face cause "Tally" was so eager to put the mask herself.
Yeah, i was just feeling it weird when Tally pick up the stone but it's not Tally's voice they heard then standing there while Nicte's down too easy..then Tally eagerly don't want Scylla put on the mask, think she'll know if she'll touch her face, she just burn it. Then she screamed like what afraid, a founder of the Spree, powerful and strong.. i think will not do that immature act showing nervousness.

i was so on edge during the last couple minutes thinking "WAIT NO THATS NOT TALLY!" & was so afraid they were gonna pull a cliffhanger. i'm so glad they didnt because i'm telling you i wouldve completely lost sleep until the next episode is released.
The Bellweather unit have saved Alder so many times now! How many times do the Bellweather unit have to save Alder for her to respect them and to see them as more than just "assets"?
I suspected that they switched as soon as they had Nicta muzzled (9:30 in this reaction). The subtlety and clarity with which they let it play out was unusually good for a body swap episode.

I find it weird when Nicte screamed like an immature nervous one feel like something off, before that Tally insisted to put Nicte in restrain herself. Only proves she's so powerful and has motive to bring herself at Salem onces again. She could have got away if she want.

This is such a small thing, but at 7:50 in the actual episode when Raelle and Scylla are going at it, Abigail makes this little smirk at their bickering that was just so refreshing because we so rarely see Abigail like smiling and I hadn't noticed until that second. I wan't to see her having some more fun, the last time we saw her powerful and carefree was like back in the Beltane episode!

I'm from France so I can't see this episode now, but from your reaction I can't find an explanation about the scene of the visions. Raelle have her mom and she is saved by Scylla (blessed are their souls ❤️). Tally have Alder, also saved by our queens. Then, Abigail have her family and the tornado, and she's saved by our queens and Tally.
BUT...Maybe I have missed a bit of your reaction and correct me if I'm wrong, Scylla was not affected by thoses visions. Why ?

One small and easy to miss thing you did miss was: when Raelle and Tally were in their delusions, they were about to kill themselves but in their minds, it was Willa and Alder, respectively. Raelle had the knife to her own throat and Tally was strangling herself but they didn't know it. That's how Nicte's delusions work: your worst fears literally lead you to kill yourself while tricking you the whole time into thinking it's your worst fears killing you.

Bringing Nicte back to Fort Salem is such a bad idea since she we been known that she has people infiltrated there, this is going to backfire fire so badly, and probably why Alder wanted her taken out instead of capture. I'm thinking that we are been led into a path were Alder is looking more and more sketchy but without the full picture it's going to be a misdirect, since maybe Nicte's works and power were dangerous and she used them like she did on the Spree and not with control and messure, but we have only been privy to know the last part of the story.
All I keep thinking is is Nicte really the villain? Or is it Alder? Food for thought
