Suffering exists everywhere but to perceive sorrow in the way indicate not easy as there is tremendous misery in the world enlightenment comes only when there is deep compassion feelings the suffering which exist it should be an altruistic sympathy for all suffering

Compassion is the mother of all intellectuality and comes in to existence when sees how people suffer and when feels the great urge to find a way out of this suffering so to be able to perceive the futility the misery meaninglessness the sorrow of life is the first step

You have to believe in the concept of karma.
And also in reencarnation (another concept).and also Maya, moksha, etc, etc: ALL concepts- in the realm of the mind.
SELF - another concept is beyond mind, is atmana ( at mana)!

My guru Yogananda gave one very big reason for the existence of evil/suffering. He said that if evil didn't exist, it would be like writing on a white board with white chalk. You couldn't read it because the background was also white. Sometimes he explained it with the analogy of a projector. Without shadow light would have no meaning. While he knew the reasons behind suffering, he was also very human. He used to fight with God over this. He also said he had gone through the consciousness of animals and that animals suffer much less than humans because animals don't have well-defined egos.

Good and evil are relative to each other, and is a material concept. For example, pleasant would be considered good, & something relatively less pleasant would be considered bad, even though that something less pleasant is not completely unpleasant, bad or evil.
In the spiritual world, the concept of good & evil does not exist in material terms, everything is Shuddha Sattva, pure unadulterated goodness

    Nidra, sleep and dreams.
Nadri, the awakening sense; austentious moments.
Nadi, contact with the tantric Breath.
72,000 nadis and perhaps each Nadi is a fulfillment of chakra sliding scale.

Karma is the explanation of why we suffer. It is a concept. Karma appeals to the mind only. The awakened being does not experience Karma. The Self was never born and we can never die.

There is a God, He created a natural law - what we do it will come back to us. And He bestowed to human being a free will.
At this point we have to introduce a reincarnationwhich must be truth. We reincarnate to have a good or bad life, depending on our previous doing.
The God is a love, He gives us the opportunity again and again till we develop the higher levels of conscioussnes and don't violate the Natural law, but become enlighten persons.

It is our illusion that death is painful. In practice we do not even able to acknowledge when we die. Everything is just an illusion. I fee emotion is the sole purpose of this world of maya. Emotion is what every living thing generate uninterrupted. May be the world is the emotion farming field. Our emotion is the energy source of the creator. Makes sense..

This swami equates body with soul and says that we (the living being's soul) suffer, but he should know the obvious, which is, that the body is separate from the soul, and the body is made of material elements while the soul is spiritual.
Therefore, since both are separate, only the material body appears to suffer while the soul which is of spiritual nature, which is similar to God's nature, does not suffer.
The suffering of the body is due to the karma of the body previously owned by the soul in its previous birth(action's reactions and desires).
Whether one accepts Dvaitha or Advaitha philosophy, the reality is that the body will continue to suffer, birth after birth, until the soul is liberated from the cycle of birth & death which happens due to the effect of Karma
A simple reading of the Bhagavad Gita & Srimad Bhagavatam would have given him the answers, instead of which he has chosen to reject them and create his own answers. On one hand, he is selectively quoting the Vedic knowledge (Upanishads) but on the other hand he is rejecting the Vedic conclusion of karma being the cause of enjoyment & suffering
If according to him, our suffering is God's Lila, then it would be a cruel & unconcerned God who enjoys, or does not care about the suffering of others because of his Lila's .
    Swami's response is awaited

So these are all Maya , when we realise we are not body not mind but we are the God , all suffering ends . This may be true for human but what about the suffering of animals. Are they suffering due to their karma in the past life. ? This cannot be an answer for the seeker of truth. What Vedanta says !!

A simpler answer maybe: There is no God, in the first place. We are all in this, depending on our situation, we suffer or enjoy life.... Like a dog adopted by a rich man versus a street dog....

    • @rush2rain
      @rush2rain 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

If u observe closely, even the dog adopted by rich man is not immune to sufferings. He will have its own share of sufferings may be of a different kind. Ex :- The street dog may suffer from hunger, the rich man's dog may suffer from indigestion.
