Hollandaise is way to light to add Sriracha. It can't even handle some garlic. You ruin the complexity of the sauce by adding all those other dominant flavors to it. Might as well just make it a cheese sauce at that point
This looks incredible. Why are they called deviled eggs Benedict tho? Isn't it just eggs Benedict with paprika, horseradish, worcestershire, and sriracha added to the hollandaise? Where is the deviled eggs part?
Orange yolks are a sign of the chicken's diet. Pale yolks usually mean the hen was raised on a wheat diet - usually factory chickens. Dark or orange yolks means the hen has access to carotenoids from plants in her diet - often means free-ranged or pastured.
@@solistas8005 This one isn't bad at all, I think he just means most restaurant sauces in general. The secret to most dishes that come out of restaurants is just a shit ton of butter and saturated fats.
@@solistas8005 they use a metric fuckton of butter in this. It’s not necessarily unhealthy on its own but depending on what else you’re eating that day it can easily put you way over your saturated fat limits. Butter makes food good 🤷♂️ that’s how restaurants make things like this so yummy

Mustard? You nuts?
Dam, fresh out of chardonnay vinegar
So much eggs
Not bad.
Wow 🤩
Can you tell me what the difference between Chardonnay vinegar and some other white wine vinegar 😅...
it's made with chardonnay grapes not vodka

While that sauce looks delicious, it’s not “hollandaise” sauce. And ixnay on the [too strong] English mustard 😳.

Yes but the egg whites are runny! Fail.

Interesting, how do you call these deviled eggs? Guess it is like chips to fries 🍟 cookies to biscuits differences.
Thaaaats not a deviled egg
Probably a British term?
they said deviled eggs benedict but the last word is missing from the title

why is it so hard for people to master cooking the white all the way to the yolk without cooking the yolk itself????

this is spiced aka deviled

did you even watch the video he said deviled eggs benedict deviled just means spiced it's a spiced hollandaise
