I was expecting a totally different result. These guys do know what they’re doing, though. I’m impressed. However, I don’t understand why they don’t use a Flatbed trailer to load the timber on, unless of course it needs to be in a container to be shipped overseas.
We were doing that in the 1970/80's loading containers of lumber ... We did 4 bundles at a time and could load a contain in less than 15 min .. Our Asian buyers of White Oak/ Red oak were most impressed and took lots of pictures ... Haha
Hace ya rato, cuando trabaje de mojado en Azuza California,así subía la madera, aunque la mayor parte del tiempo me tocaba descargar los trailers con el forlip

Really depends on the timber. Spruce for example to fill a 33 Cu.M. 20' sea container without any air gaps is only 19000KG. Online sources state it can be loaded to 25000KG including the 2300KG net weight.
Jeff DeBernardi each sling is about 10 tonne. The same fork lift pulls the load out. Note the white stripes on the floor of the container. That is wax allowing the sling to slide easily.
put four pkts timber 900 wide through a 1mtr std height door, 2 at a time with a hiab, and still left a walkway between. - Put 2 halfway in , move chain to bottom of pack slide on a roller and move to one side, lift and retrieve roller - repeat
@@colinl9018 haha we pay a smaller company to unload a shipping container like that and load it on a normal trailer because our health & safety won't let us do crazy things
Ray the wood in the container maxes out the allowable eight of a container at 24 tonne. So the wood is close to 20 tonne. The weight will be close to even. It won't be out enough to affect the transport or lifting.
Long forks, or fork extenders. Or you put a strap under the board base stand on the bottom, and pull it out. Pretty much just reverse of how you got them in. Ive unloaded more trucks like this than I care to count.
They pull it out with a sling or maybe put the container on one of those short tippers and tip it out have pulled timber out of container but its fun to hook up slings
I've unloaded containers like this alot if you're fortunate enough to have a dock you just drive in the container run your forks under the lumber tilt back and drag it out not hard to do at all.
IcyS53 you close the forks up, drive them under the stack, lift and reverse, taking extra 'bites' as necessary, draw stack back, then stand frame under as loader did. Simples, been doing it for years. We've used similar techniques at load 20tonne generators
@@zacharieetienne5784 normally, you maneuver the forks, you leave by moving the truck to the end of the load until you finally have the load on the forks straight onto the semi-trailer and then forward and loaded :)
Pushing a weight in, ok. 'Pushing' it out looks something else to me. I don't think they can do it the same way because the load would not 'stick' to the fork and would just glide off again, or not?.
That driver has skill; he goes nice and slowly, so as to not damage the cargo. Good job!
3 person on the forklift? that would be triple fired at my work lol
It is a good heavy machine. They are cool. I enjoyed the video.
Sensacional as coisas que o ser humano consegue fazer ....
Parabéns 👏👏👏🇧🇷
You can see they have done this before. Very methodical. If they can get it in...someone can get it out 😊
Interesting video! Big LIKE

Indonesia is a large exporter of teak
instablaster...
At the very beginning I thought they were gonna put it sideways 😂
Nothing says SAFETY like an extra passenger hanging on a forklift.

That's easy... been there, done that.
No problem the pull it out the are verry good forkliftdrivers
Passengers are allowed on forklifts there? How fun!
Great JOB!
Simplicity is power
No safety at all, why is there more than one person on that lift.
Fact no ppe at all so no safety at all
and the second package? this would be more interessting
No. Interesting is how to reload at the employer. Haha.😆😆😆

How they going to get it out ?? By hand 😂😂😂😂

Muy buena maniobra. Y cómo lo sacar en su destino. Les aseguro que sólo tienen un montacargas para descargas.
very smart! how will they get it out?

Well thats half a load.. I buy lumber like this and its fairly easy to unload
Easy to move in,but problem is bring out is not easy
In about 10 to 15 minuten its empty pull it bach with a forklift also with 40 ft containers than you have a bridge behind it
Amazing work
Olá boa noite meu amigo, tamos juntos um abraço!
Semangat terus kawan ❤️❤️❤️👍
In first seconds of the video I was think that 3,5t forklift holding all that timber itself.
Good job 😉😉👌👌👌
Who gets it out??? Rollers? Pallet puller? Rope around ass end? Dump It? 20 foot fork extentions? Steep hill, open doors?

did this with timber and steel for years. Put roller under pile on trailer

My thought's exactly 😂😂
Trailer has doors at both ends. Push it all the way through
Kinda sketchy but it actually works 🤣
their is no ersatz idea, very amazing loading mechanism.
Now could someone one tell me how would you unload the timber, my only quess is somehow put a sling around each lot and drag em out maybe!
They don't give a shit as the container will be unloaded somewhere else. But you are right though, a sling appears to be the only way.

For porklift rentals Indonesia 🙏🙏🙏
also abusing the transmission of this forklift, forklifts are used to lift up and not push like this, nothing clever about this!!!!
Cool - now lets see a video of how they get it out at the other end.
