I wake up regularly in freezing temperatures as low as negative degrees. Even many UFC fighters, let alone regular men, couldn't do that. So my manhood is unquestionable. I just survived a weekend where the temps dropped as low as -7. With wind-chill that made it feel like -20. A lot of people can't do that.
