His tone probably like "a mansion's too big for just the two of us," not having an idea that he'll eventually be in one to catch ghosts in a spin-off movie (which is not very doubtful it'll happen). 😆

this movie has all Mario theme in there. Mario classic, Mario 2, Mario 3, Mario land, Yoshi island, even the Mario bros commercial using the old Mario Show theme song, mario party, super smash bros, mario kart, yeah I won't be susprise if they have Luigi mansion. The whole movie is so perfect!
I believe they will have king boo are atleast some of the ghosts in the movie since in the very first trailer we got near the end when Luigi was running from the drybones (I think that’s what they are called idk I forgot) he entered a massive door and it looks like a abandoned mansion door, which might be the luigi’s mansion part of the movie

There is a hard to notice at 5:54 when Mario and Luigi are both looking to each other while holding their hands on their side faces. You can see how a green screen in the background is used as the green is barely visible to Mario’s white left glove. I hope that makes sense I guess. But there is more Easter eggs in this Super Mario commercial. I love it. Awesome Super Mario Bros. Movie. 🙂👍

Isn't it kind of weird that Nintendo is making references to the 1993 movie and the Super Mario Bros Super Show? Because both of those things weren't that good the show wasn't that bad but the 1993 movie was horrible in the weirdest part is Nintendo didn't even have anything to do with the movie or the show Nintendo was not involved in the movie (obviously) and I assume they also weren't involved in the show either so it makes no sense why the referencing those things.
the show was perfection bro. It was my childhood. However, the smb movie was a horror show.
The cartoon show and movie used Miyamoto's original plumbers-from-Brooklyn lore, which what this movie also adapts and serves as a perfect callback to what most Mario fans have grown up with.
Who says it's Nintendo making all these references, Easter eggs, and throw backs? I wouldn't be surprised at all if the staff at Illumination were behind a ton of these. It's extremely likely there are huge fans of Mario & Nintendo working there. Either way, these throw backs are getting people talking about what the saw, and videos like these. Genius advertising and hyping up people to see the movie for more.
